Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or bell) complete (including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, holders, regulators, sockets, light fitting any type) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down of existing sub main wiring any size complete all as directed and specified

Taking down distribution boards, MCB DB/MCB of any type and removing from site all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including 20 mm size (medium grade) casing- N- capping along with 1.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) for earth continuity wire, connected to earth dolly and to be terminated in and including pressed steel sunken boxes , readily available (Having wall thickness not less than 1.22 mm for boxes upto a size of 200 mmX300 mm and beyond that the wall thickness shall be not less than 1.63 mm) concealed type with 3mm thick bakelite sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including testing on completion complete for one light/fan point controlled by one switch all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.4 above but for one three / five pin switch-socket outlet, 5 Amps on the same board all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated un-sheathed cable with multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLSH) of 6 sqmm size (Nominal area) and drawing through 25mm dia PVC Coduit as per requirment with necessary fittings including earthing cable of PVC insulated un-sheathed stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm (Nominal area), single core (FRLSH), as earth continuity wire all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (i) Two run cable and one run earth continuity conductor shall be measured as single run.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated un-sheathed cable with multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLSH) of 6 sqmm size (Nominal area) and drawing through 25mm dia PVC casing capping as per requirment with necessary fittings including earthing cable of PVC insulated un-sheathed stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm (Nominal area), single core (FRLSH), as earth continuity wire all as specified and as directed. Dismantling / Opening of Exhaust fan any make upto 450mm completely, taking out burnt copper winding from stater, cleaning of slots and rewinding the same with supper enameled copper winding wire including all materials such as insulating varnish, insulating papers etc, same gauge, cleaning of bearing, greasing and oiling refitting the same testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in- charge.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized steel earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, including necessary excavation and earth work in soft loose soil, P.C.C pit with (1:3:6) type C-I, with 50 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) type B-I cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade), wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth wire protected by 15 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
