Earth work in Foundation in dry soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 M and lead up to 30 m and including back filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the plinth with removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in-charge up to distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches

Laying C.C. 1:3:6 (M-10) with Cement, coarse sand & 40 mm down graded stone grit including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. Complete.

2.5 cm guage brick ballast under brick on edge pitching including supply of all materials, Labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Laying C.C. 1:2:4 Mix (M-15) with Cement, coarse sand & 40 mm down graded stone grit/brick ballast including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. Complete.

Ordinary Centering and shuttering for C.C. work including cost of all labour, material and T&P etc. Complete.

Providing first class M-100 brick work in 1:4 CM including cost of all materials, labour T & P, all lifts and leads etc. for proper completion of work.

Providing struck deep pointing in 1:2 cement mortar including cost of all material, labour, T&P all lifts and leads etc complete.

Earth work in filling for making Embankment in ordinary soil including 1.50 m lift and total lead of 1.00 Km. by power transport with ramming and dressing the surface to the required level slope as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge & also including all cost of borrowed earth pvt. land, material, labour and T&P etc. Complete.

Sypply and fixing 80mm thick precast cement concrete I shape interlocking paver block a with top layer of minimum 8mm thickness having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) of O.P.cement, smooth high gloss finish, skid rediant manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro compression machanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30MPA and weight 5 kg per no. confirming to I.S. 15658-2006 with a 4 cm thick layer of fine sand including cost of material labour T&P Taxes etc required for proper completion of work as directed by engineer in charge.
