The L1 bidder shall be determined separately for each category and for each type of Computer System i.e. Intel processor-based and AMD processor-based systems. The rates quoted for additional items shall not be considered for determination of the L1 bidder and shall be negotiated separately with the technically qualified and eligible bidder(s).

Commercial Bid- Terms, Conditions and Declaration:

1. Currency of Bid:

The bid submitted in any currency other than Indian Rupees (INR) shall be summarily rejected. No upward revision shall be permitted on account of any fluctuation in foreign currency.

2. Period of Delivery:

We hereby undertake that, in the event of acceptance of our bid, the supply of the specified items shall be completed within the stipulated delivery period as mentioned in the RFP from the date of issue of Purchase Order, unless otherwise specified therein.

3. Terms of Delivery:

The prices quoted are on FOR destination basis and are inclusive of all applicable duties and taxes, including freight, insurance, GST etc.

4. Bid Validity:

We agree to keep our offer valid for a period of 180 days from the date of opening of the Commercial Bids and we shall remain bound by the communication of acceptance within this period.

5. Acceptance of Terms:

We hereby certify that we have read and understood all the terms and conditions of the Tender Document and undertake to supply the items in accordance with the same.

6. Authorization:

We certify that the bidder is a duly registered entity and the person signing this bid is the duly authorized signatory of the bidder.

7. Binding Nature of Bid:

We further undertake that, until a formal Contract is prepared and executed, this bid, together with your written acceptance thereof and issuance of Letter of Intent/Award of Contract, shall constitute a binding contract between us.
