Comprehensive Running and maintenance of sewage treatment plant 200 KLD Capacity with MBBR / FBBR System during 2022-2024 for IMU Old Campus Uthandi Chennai.

Comprehensive Running and maintenance of sewage treatment two lakh litres capacity (Extended aeration/activated sludge process) for 24.00 hrs per day by engaging qualified plant operator in 3 shifts (each 8 hours per day) using chemicals like Sodium hypochlorite, Chlorin tablet, Bioculture, Consumables required for maintenance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The treated sewage shall have the following standards: BOD : Less than 10mg/lit COD :Less than 100mg/lit Suspended Solids :Less than 10mg/lit Oil and Grease : Less than 10mg/ lit PH : 6.50-8.00 The treated effluent shall be within BIS limits and shall be reused for horticultural purposes/flushing water or recharged to ground water after treatment and chlorination. Frequency of testing shall be at an equal intervals of 2 months.(The quoted rate is inclusive of electrical and mechanical repairs, cost of all materials including spare parts, replacement, winding etc., to sewage pumps, motors, airetors, panel board, cable and testing charges etc. )
