Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia copper wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long GI. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as reauired.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1200 mm sweep, BEE 5 star rated, ceiling fan with Brush Less Direct Current (BLOC) Motor, class of insulation: B, 3 nos. blades, 30 cm long down rod, 2 nos. canopies, shackle kit, safety rope, copper winding, Power Factor not less than 0.9, Service Value (CM/M/W) minimum 6.00, Air delivery minimum 210 Cum/Min , 350 RPM (tolerance as per IS : 374-2019), THD less than 10%, remote or electronic regulator unit for speed control and all remaining accessories including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, temperature rise=75 degree C (max.), insulation resistance more than 2 mega ohm, suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC Supply, earthing etc. complete as required.

Providing stay wire (Green colour sleeved one) with good quality PVC single phase reels (2 nos/Mtr) housing the existing single phase/ Three Phase submain wiring with Bi-Metallic Clamp for fixing the 7/18VIR wire as required and connecting them at both ends of quarters ie. At metering board and existing TNEB LT post including remiting the necessary charges for Service wire replacement to TNEB and co ordinating with TNEB persons for charging the LT supply satisfactorily and removing the existing stay wire along with the submain wires and handing over the same to department as per Engineer-in -Cahrges instruction as required.

Cast Iron Body Earthing : Providing cast iron pipe earth pit with 2000mm long 100mm dia 7mm thick cast iron pipe including excavation, refilling with salt, charcoal, natural soil and providing masonry cover etc.,complete in all aspects as required.

Removing the existing old type DB's, mainswitch's, fusecarriers, fans, lighting fixtures,GI sercice pipe, all type of wirings, switchboards etc, in each Staff quarters complete in all aspects as required and shifting the same to the department's stores or other places within the institution as per the instruction of the Engineer-in -charge.

Supply of 4 Ft Tube light fitting with Electronic choke and 40W lamp , similar to "Philips TMC 0901x TLD36/TL40W -4 Ft series having resistent to high voltage and high power factor etc as required. Make :Philips or equivalent as approved by the department)

Supply and Fixing of 45 Watts LED/4500 Lumens street light fittings similar to Philips (BRP052series)Smart Brite luminaire having high efficient lighting including making necessary interconnections from the point to the fittings while installing the same etc as required.

" TNEB Metering Board Single Phase Service line : a) Supplying and fixing of suitable size of teakwood plank for fixing of existing meter and other accessories as required. b) Supplying and fixing of 3 nos of 32A porcelin fuse unit. c) Supplying and Fixing of copper earth strip of size 19mm X 3mm thick of 6`` length for earth connections as reqd. d) Supplying and fixing of suitable GI pipe Minimum of ( 1" X 4 Mtrs length size) for receiving the service wires ( 2runs or 3 Runs of 7/18 VIR copper) at site and provision to insert the pipe inside the Metering set as req.The above complete set have to be mounted on wall. The charge including all interconntions and masonry works etc. e) Supplying and fixing FP sheet steel enclosure on board along with 25/32amps 240 volts ""C"" curve DP/SPN MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. f) Refixing or shifting of Existing Meters with new boards including remitting of necessary charges to TNEB for meter shifting on behalf of CSIR-CECRI and co-ordinating with TNEB officials in all aspects in order to charge the metering panel board complete as required."
