(a) Dismantling, takingdown & transportation to workshop of centrifugal monoblock pump set capacity 5 HP 3 phase 415 volts by opening end covers, connection lead, worn out nut, bolts, gasket, air release valve key, gland stuffing box male/ female set, Rubber bush, descaling of impeller complete.. Qty-02 Job (b) M & L for repair and servicing and testing 5 HP centrifugal monoblock pump set 3 phase, 415 Volts, replacing connection lead, greasing the both end of bearings, and repair & maint worn out nut, bolts, gasket, gland stuffing box male/ female set, and painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint with connected LT panel complete all as specified and directed. . Qty-02 Job (c) Dismentaling taking down & transportation to workshop of 20/25 HP submersible pump set 3 phase, 415 Volts, capacity of any make and in any position alongwith column pipe newly part as below and disconnectiong delivery end connection with the help of chain pully/ tripod and cleaning the all parts and inspecting/ checking the serviceability state of all parts and repairing/ replacing the unserviceable parts with new parts and reassembling the whole parts in its original position and lowering the pump set complete with column pipe borewell and fixing/ cennecting with existing delivery/ suction complete all as specified and directed. . Qty-02 Job (d) M&L for M&L for repairing and sevicing including transportion for lathe work at authorised workshop of 20/25 HP submersible pump set 3 phase, 415 Volts, and strip opening, cutting, removing old unserviceable burnt out winding from motor stator assembly and cleaning the slots and rewinding of the stator assembly with super quality enamelled copper winding wires of same gauge & quantity of the original winding, including suitable insulating paper, insulated sleeves, varishing etc and reassembling, making all connections with the terminal plate, soldering of winding coils etc complete. and painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint with connected LT panel complete all as sprcified and directed.. (e) Dismentaling taking down & transportation to workshop of 12.5 HP centrifugal pump set , 3 phase, 415 Volts, of any make cleaning the all parts and inspecting/ checking the serviceability state of all parts and repairing/ replacing the unserviceable parts with new parts ( Newly part as below) and reassembling the whole parts in its original position, and fixing/ connecting with existing delivery/ suction complete all as specified and directed. Qty-01 Job.
