Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting it out for laying of cable / pole in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 3.0 m in depth and getting it out for pole erection in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering, and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level exc. 1.5 cm above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning to UG cable, provide with the layer 8 cm before and 15 cm after laying and stretching jointing and testing the cable complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Punned down thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat of size 300mm x180mm x 40mm placed perpendicular to the cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cable end joint boxes 95 Sqmm, 3 core XLPE 11kV HT Cable heat shrinkable indoor / outdoor type, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cable straight through joint 95 Sqmm, 3 core XLPE 11KV HT Cable heat shrinkable complete including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of gang operated air break switches HT 11KV grade outdoor type, triple pole of capacity 200 amps rating mounted on polymer based 09 insulators fitted on steel frame horizontally, mechanically operated mechanism from ground level including GI pipe handle clamps bolts, nuts, jumper wire connecting with stranded conductors complete with locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and connecting HT 11 KV outdoor expulsion type lightning arrestors with mounting accessories complete fixed on cross arms of 2 pole structur and connected with same size of ACSR conductor as O/H HT conductor with 11 KV KT empire tape insulation with all fittings, transmission class, having discharged capacity of 65 kilo amps and suitable for working pressure of HT 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair disc insulator porcelain vitreous brown 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type single disc assembly for tension with tension clampstor conductors working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair pin/post type polymer based insulator 150mm height and 150mm dia suitable for 11 KV grade insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle,two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete with 30x30x6mm thick plate and 20mm dia stay rod and stay insulators all as shown in electrical plate No. 1 including necessary excavation, earthwork stay bow, stay wire and PCC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & erecting in position steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 meters long) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation filing and mass concrete using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for pole/stay foundation etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 in foundation filling and mass concrete using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for pole/stay foundation etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Materials and labour in replacement for mild steel work in cross arms, bracings supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two quotes of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing in replacement of ACSR conductor any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles including binding with insulators. Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag ,jointing jumpers,etc complete all as specified.

M&L in replacement for Galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4.00 dia complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm as earthing lead buried directly in groungd vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron strip 32 X 6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers etc made of GI and connected earthing test points all as shown in electrical plate no. 5 of SSR Part-1 of 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including exaction/earth work in any type of strata, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 kg/sqm) funnel with grade and lugs, including galvanised iron strip 32 X 6 m with GI protection pipe of 40 mm medium grade 7.5 meter long,etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for HT jumper with the help of Aluminium Conductor Steel Re-inforcement covered with insulating material/sleeve and including lugs at both ends at suitable at site. The length of jumper shall not be less that 2.5 meter including connection with the help of connector on the HT pole complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the transformer any type situated at various locations 11/ 0.433 KV of any make and transporting to new location including installation, connection and ,testing complete all as directed. Note : Transportation cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F in replacement of ON Load change over switch (front handle) 415 volt in sheet metal enclosure, 4 pole, 1000 Amps capacity complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying in replacement of XLPE insulated, armoured, haeavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 500 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trences or passing through pipes.ducts or fixed to walls/poles completer all as specified.
