Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:4:8(1 cement : 4coarse sand : 8graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundation footing etc.

12mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 infoundation and plinth including curing in :Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Providing and laying 60mm thick interlocking paver block in 1:4 mix including carriage all complete job

Providing and installing flower pots including hanging from wall using hooks etc complete Job

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of the joints except at sharp curve shall not to be more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-incharge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

3D wall mural in cement and sand mix 1:3 after parparing of base 3-4 inch and proper curing and two coat of priming and two coat of emlusion etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Disposal of mulba by mechanical means outside municipal limit

Engaging labour for removing dismentling dumping box and removing Garbage etc.

Providing and fixing name plate

Carriage of material by M.T of side including loading unloading complete 10Km lead Sand & Aggregate
