TERM CONTRACT FOR ALLIED WORKS FOR DOMESTIC AREA IN LEH AND KARGIL UNDER GE AF LEH

To perform such services and execute such work covered under " Term contract for artificer work" upon the terms and conditions contained or referred in the tender document and upon the conditions as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the "MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part-I Specifications with errata/ amendments as applicable and MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II rates together with errata/ amendments as applicable and General conditions of contracts including errata 1 to 20 & amendment No 1 to 49 forming part of tender document during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES standard schedule of rates. OR At such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of "General conditions of contracts (IAFW-2249)" 1989 print with errata/ amendments as applicable. Note :- (i) Tenderer shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) available at Column 5 of this BOQ to quote the percentage (under colum 6) above/below MES Standarad Schedule of rates. The percentage quoted by tenderer shall be made applicable for acceptance while publishing the acceptance letter. (ii) The total amount given in respective column is for guidance and ref only. Similarly the quoted amount works out (based on percentage rate quoted by contractor) shall also be treated as rough and reference only. The acceptace contractor offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate on MES standard schedule of rates. The works orders for various works / services shall be placed for amount as shown in appendix 'A' to Notice of e-tender. (iii) Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template, the net contract sum shalL be as shown in Appendix 'A' to notice of e-tender
