M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the same old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying as in roof slab with mixing of WPC and surface finished fare and smooth without using extra cement. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for under separate items) (iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above over a Application of polymeric membrance shall by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying one coat of aluminum paint over the APP modified membrance @ 0.11Kg/sqm.

M& L for Roof treatment work including wire brushing and cleaning the top surfaces of roof including flashing and surface painting with a layer of blown bitumen of any penetration by using blown bitumen @ 1.7Kg /Sqm , lightly tampered (area of flashings etc shall be added to the roof area) and providing APP membrane 3mm thick (minimum) , weighing 3.5Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gm/Sqm) shalll be appliex by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction including taking out old unserviceable roof treatment works complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for water proofing compound.

S&F 0.80 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters,drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 120 gram per sqm including dismantling any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specifid and as directed.

Cleaning of service water tank capacity upto 500ltr RCC/PVC and the connected circulating pipes at any position by removing sludge, mud, moss, moulds, efflorescent salts, oil spots etc or any other foreign material from the bottom, cover and internal surfaces by scraping using wire brush, draining out the water in the tank and washing internally by using bleaching powder and again draining out the water in the tank and applying single coat of lime washing on RCC tanks( Rate includes cost of writing date of cleaning with paint after removing the old date by painting including disconnecting existing tanks,setting aside (or lowering if reqiured) for repairs cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position of capacity of water tanks of Exc 250 Ltrs & N.exc 500Ltrs all complete). all as directed by Engineer-in-charge
