Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Bidder should not be blacklisted / terminated by any Government organization / agency for unsatisfactory past performance, corrupt, fraudulent or any other unethical business practices.

All products will stand for minimum one year onsite comprehensive warranty against all manufacturing defects. During the warranty period the vendor shall have to provide monthly preventive service calls and shall have to attend all breakdown calls within 24 hours.

All the respective uploading documents are duly seal & signature by the bidder.

The 5% of bid amount as a performance security shall be denominated in the form of pay order / DD/FDR to TMC ANNIGERI A bank guarantee or an irrevocable letter of credit issued by a reputable nationalised bank to the address of the Chief officer TMC ANNIGERI

The decision of Chief Officer or authorized person designated by the Chief Officer will be final and binding in the event of any dispute

Bidder should have Sales / Service Tax / Income Tax Registrations /PAN copy / ESI & EPF registration and GST . All shall be attached with self attested as evidenced by the certificate issued by the relevant authorities

The Tenderer is to furnish the list of Govt. offices details to whom similar type of work Litter Bins installed in the last 3 years along with name & contact details of responsible person there. Proof of this should be submitted

The Chief Officer TMC ANNIGERI reserves the right to reject lowest bid or all the bids or accept any bids or part thereof without assigning any reason. The Chief Officer TMC ANNIGERI further reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities as given in this document at the time of placing of purchase order.

General

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.
