M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of path/roads / hardstanding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge

M&L for 20 mm thick sand cushioning including watering and consolidations etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine presssd pre-cast concrete interlocking coloured paving Block of glass fibre reinfoced vibro compacted any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80 mm thick, M- 40 grade to match with grey cement and pigment etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F rolled sections, MS Angles, MS tubular Structures, MS Channels, Tee, etc. (Fe 410-W Gde-E-250 quality-A) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins , posts,trusses (framed or unframed) structures where connected to common rafter and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angles clleats or other connecting plates all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new surface of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface over 10cm width or girth complete all as specifed.

S&F pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel 0.50 mm thick of any colour as directed by GE having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge

M&L for exterior grade coloured glossy finish designer Endura parking tiles of size exc 0.08 sqm not exc 0.36 haivng thickness 8/10mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade / color /matrix incl M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed comp all as specified and difrected

Designing providing and fixing 3mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding over MS frame either segmental/straight in plan fixed with SS serews, silicon sealants filled whereever required on vertical joints, complete the work in all respect including all necessary accessories. At all soffits aluminium cladding shall be bend 90 degree and joints at corner or edges will not be acceptable. On horizontal surface, the size of sheet should be maximum available of size complete all as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed.

S&F for 5 to 7mm hollow, PVC Wall / Ceiling Panneling printed in any colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC Frame or Aluminium frame as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ceiling board (fiber, pulp insulation) or insulation board/slabs etc including grid work/wooden or aluminium frame works, cover fillet, wall lining, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding mild steel frame work using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for perforated particle board/tiles 12mm thick for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or withstaples on snap grid complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick single side prelam colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing .(Note : Colour & Pattern as approved by Engr-in-Charge)

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for Vitrified tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm , in floors, dado , skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and incl dismantling / demolition and rubbish off the primises etc complete all as speciefied and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone or concrete surfaces of walls/ceilings etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete ceiling surface etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finsihed even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of walls/ceilings and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete.

Supply and fix in switch piano, flush type single pole, one way, 5 Amps, 240 volts, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.
