S& F for 35mm thick, factory made, 2nd class hardwood, Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel)(single/Double leaf) with lock rail and panel of 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Factory made, 35mm thick, 2nd class harswood Glazed and skeleton shutters (single/Double leaf), open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain,chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S frame shall bw covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and botom rail on either side & as gap insert for tip rail & bottom rails; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame weloded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement. suppling and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing specified in ssr part -II 2020

M&L for non skid ceramic any coloured/printed tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular ) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm as in floor of shade & designed as approved by GE,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with colour pigment to match the colour of tiles,over15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) in floors, incl dismantling / demolition and rubbish off the primises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 of 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs vitreous China squatting pan of pattern(Orrissa pattern) size 580mm x 440 mm white with or strap front or back inlet and foot rests any pattern to flushing pipe and anti syphonage pipe and making good floor including lime concrete).etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for Vitreous China, semi-pedestal pattern (Anglo-Indian Type) coloured including 'P' or 'S' trap with flush pipe of chromium plated brass 32 mm dia for low level flushing cistern incl plastic seat cover white closed pattern with float bottom and cover and jet connection and mild steel chrominum plate or aluminized hanging device fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S & F CP brass jet spray with flexible pipe 1.50m long fixed for EWC suitable for 15mm bore of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Vitreous China bowl urinal flat back, size of 465 x 355 x 265 mm white (minimum), with grating and union for discharge pipe, complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe. S & F in repair Stop cock concealed long shank chromium plated fancy type 15 mm bore screwed down high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium shutter with frame any size and refixing in same opening after repair the all rails, styles, rubber beading, handle, lock, butt hinges etc complete all as specified and directed. The shutter frame shall be tied at top (internally) with screw of round bar 10mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
