Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforcement cut as required to facilliate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 nominal Mix using 20mm graded aggregate as in chajjas,parapet facia etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 nominal Mix using 20mm graded aggregate as in slab supported on walls,beam and column in floors, roof, landing, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Fair finish form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam hunching, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup-ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges fair finished complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding as in stirrups, spacers and binders etc. with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25MM thick cement concret Type B-1 1:2:4 (Using 20mm graded aggregate ) as in flooring all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15MM thick rendering in CM (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces in two layers mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement in top 5mm thick, finishing the surfaces with even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for Bitumen blown any grade , applied hot, two coats to concrete surfaces at the rate of 1.5Kg /sqm per coat. Including polythene film, black , 50 micron laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs PCC as in kerbs/cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for repairing sunken floors leakage by taking out existing nahani trap or floor traps carefully by digging out from its position and provision of new PVC (SWR) nahani trap 100mm dia and joining the same to existing waste pipe and ensure leak proof joints including PCC 1:5:10, Type E-2 and making good the adjoining area to match with existing floor tiles etc with PVC NT / FT, CP steel grating 100 mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/ terrace/ Roof by picking incl. taking down existing detiorated / decayed tar felt PCC tiles or any type of treatment including loose surface, scraping with scraper, chiseling, scraping of surface with wire brush or any other method upto mother slab , sweeping clean & washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials to a distance of 1500m or under, beyond the lead incl in the rates incl loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding 50mm thick in average complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane comprising of the following for roofs complete all as specified and directed. (a) Cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster. (b) One coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2kg /sqm shall be applied over primed surfaces. (c) One layer of APP based polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 kg/Sqm consisting 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric shall be unrolled surfaces with lap of 100 mm and the over lap shall be sealed by flame. (d) Applying two coats of aluminum paint on top of membrane @ 0.10Kg/Sqm.

M&L for applying Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture, 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ stone masonary including raking out joints, hacking for scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic tiles of size 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as dado/ skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Padestal pattern) white excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe with and incl 'P' or 'S' trap and making good to floor to match with existing all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous China squatting pan of pattern Orissa Pattern , size 580 x440 mm white with P or S trap , front or backinlet and integral foot rests any pattertn (excl flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete incl provn of lime concrete bedding connection to flush pipe , trap etc & making good complete all as specified and directed.
