Supply and fixing cast iron sluice valve suitable for 150mm bore pipe with flanged ends drilled ISI marked class PN-1.6 conforming to IS- 14846 with stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass nut, bolt, washer and rubber packing for connecting pieces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for construction of valve chambers with MS cover 6 mm thick of valve pit of size 1200x1200x1200 MM( internal dimensions) including necessary excavation, earth work 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 as in foundation, PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 in coping plastering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, and angle iron frame 40x40x6 mm and locking arrangement including painting with coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete all as specified and as shown in drawing No CE(AF)/TD/30 dated 11.11.2013 including dismantling of existing valve pit including necessary excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting cast MS pipes of size 150mm bore complete including inserting MS flange of 10mm thick with suitable size inclding necessary welding works , ruber gasket, nut, bots and washer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) for repairing of valve chamber foundation etc including filling in road cuts/ hard standing etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plain not exceeding 6M mean radius including demolition of old brick work complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surface etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including laying of GI pipe of 50/80 mm dia (Note : GI pipe will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for cutting the existing bitumen us road/payment/footpath upto 0.75 mtr in depth, 0.45 mtr in width and getting out excavated material and making good the damaged portion after laying the pipe, returning filling in mass concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B2 upto top of the road all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :-(i) M&L for laying of pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling flanged pipe joint in position, including removing old rubber or fibre board gasket, bolts nuts etc complete all as directed for following sizes:-

M&L for two coat painting to exposed CI/GI water pipe lines of header/suction /delivery of borewells/booster pumps any type any make and any size including sluice valves,fittings and non return valves at water supply installations as per specified colour code after cleaning and scraping out old paint including writting /marking complete all as specified and directed .

(i) Dewatering the tank with portable submersible pump set with flow rate of 30,000 ltrs per hr. (ii) Removal of left over dirty water and sludge with special sludge removal pump set having capacity up to 1.7 lakh ltrs per hr. (iii) Cleaning of wall ceiling and floor by high pressure rotary water jet with the help of German equipment which create pressure of 80-120. (iv) Removing of remaining sludge from the floor with the help of industrial vaccum cleaner. (v) Spraying of non toxic biodegraded eco friendly anti bacterial agent certified by a Govt approved lab to disinfect the tank from harmful pathdons. The dose utilise should be as per OECD guide No 432 . (vi) Treatment of inside tank be exposing UV radiation kill the suspended or floating bacterial remaining in the tank

Water Testing of borewells (8 Nos) and STP (2 Nos) at 13 BRD and 16 BRD area on a Quaterly basis by collecting water samples from different locations in the area for the following parameters-Colour,Odour,PH Value,Taste,Turbidity,Total Dissolved Solids,Ammonia,Chloride,Flouride,Free Residual chlorine,Iron,Nitrate,Total AlkalinityTotal Hardness,Lead,Mercury,Total Arsenic,E.Coli,Total Coliform Bacteria.

Supply only Jal-TARA Water Testing Kit, the kit can be 16 essential parameters. The Jal TARA Test kit Carry over to Physical :parameters,pH,Hardness,Temperature,Turbidity and TDS Chemical :Arsenic, Choride, Fluoride, Iron, Nitrate, Residual Chlorine,Disssolved Oxygen, Phosphorus and Ammonia Biological : Coliform Bacteiria, Benthic Diversity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of water level indicator of electronic type with PVC insulated copper conuctor for indicating water level.

Supply and fix in replacement of water meter of analog type in 150mm CI pipeline line.

Supply and fix in repairs of industrial maintenance free battery of 12V, 180AH capacity.

Supply and fix in repairs MS pipe fitting as bends, tees, collar, branch pieces, cap & plug etc, both ends flange welded complete with replacement of nuts and bolts all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement of MS ERW pipe C class of 300 mm dia including jointing and testing as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MS ERW pipe C class of 150 mm dia including jointing and testing as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MS ERW pipe C class of 100 mm dia including jointing and testing as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing water header of size 300 mm dia and length of 6.5 Rm including cutting and dismantling of welding from supply and distribution line ( Supply line 150 mm -04 Nos, Distribution line-150 mm -02 Nos and 100 mm -04 Nos) by arranging crane or suitable labour as required for lifting the unserviceable header aside including dismantling existing pcc and and supply and fixing of new header with necessary cutting in 300 mm line, 150 mm line, 100 mm line and necessary welding works including fixing of flanges with rubber gasket and nut bolts complete for wrater connection as dismantled above and as directed and making PCC foundation for support of Header (Note : MS pipe for header of different will be measured seperately) checking for satisfatory working all as directed by EIC. Note : Job for replacement of header shall be done with gurantee during the contract period and any defects after fixing shall be rectified by the contractor at his own cost.

Notes:- (a) The amount of Rs. 2,69,820/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 126 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance. (b) Contractor shall maintain the contineuty of repair work by minimum one plumber with helper to maintain the serviceability of water supply in station and they will take the urgent nature of repair work to be required on priority out of scope considered in tender.
