Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Joint free, Non - skid coloured ceramic tiles; 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match set, over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid coloured ceramic tiles; 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in coloured cement to match the light shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item no 03 above but in vertical surfaces as in skirtings, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering or backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Light Shade; Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item no 05 above but in vertical surfaces as in skirtings, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering or backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for digital coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350 x 250 x 7mm/ 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including 10mm thick backing coat in 1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glossy finish heavy duty Endura tiles 30cm x 30cm x 12mm thick conform to IS 4457: 2007, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement with pigment in floors including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete as in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level (unreinforced concrete) including disposing of debris off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick; Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) 1:2:4 Type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in top layer of the floor, pavings etc., including finishing the surface by spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick; PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in plinth protection, including finishing the surface by spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green and making saucer drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick; Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base/ floor finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks having a minimum compressive strength of 75 kg/cm. sq, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built-in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L (10+5) mm thick for rendering fair faces of brick work or Concrete surface in two coats 10mm thick in CM(1:6) as under coat 5mm thick CM (1:4) as finishing coat in two separate layer mixed with integral waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compund shall be measured and paied seperately.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk white primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick; PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in sub-floors, sub-bases, etc including finishing the surface of concrete even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling concrete paver block of any description or thickness as in floors and setting aside serviceable paver block for reuse and disposing of unserviceable paver block out of premises complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa pattern, size 580 x 440mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap, flushing pipe to squatting pan, anti-syphonage pipe, etc., and making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white including seat & cover, flush pipe, connection to drain and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) 110mm dia, 'S' trap including connecting to outlet with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap/ Nahani trap, plain with grating including dismantling old trap and jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 10 ltr capacity of PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and flush pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including brackets, cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand but exclusive of fixing of supply and waste pipe all as specified and directed.

M&L for 32mm dia; Waste fittings, brass, chromium plated for glazed ware sinks, basins, etc. with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed including dismantling old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 32mm dia waste pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC. 32 mm dia, suitable for vitreous china wash hand basin including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm dia Pillar taps, fancy type, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete including taking down old rusted tap complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm GI tubing and connection, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 15mm bore tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair 15mm bore dia, bib taps, fancy type, chromium plated, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass, ferrule all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm dia; Stop valves, fancy type, chromium plated, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
