Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule, complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule, complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron, wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule (BOQ), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, slabs, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size burnt clay sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 8.00 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Old serviceable burnt clay / fly ash bricks retrieved from serial item No. 3.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc, etc. conforming to Grade Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250 quality A) including necessary cutting, welding etc and fixing in position complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick with coating AZ-150 gsm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheets as in roof coverings etc including ridges complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Colour of sheet shall be as approved by the GE.

S&F for 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated/plain sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw/self tapping screw and washer in roof, wall clading etc including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheets as in roof coverings etc including ridges complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Colour of sheet shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for false ceiling with 6mm thick non asbestos designer fibre cement board conforming to IS-14862 & including anodized aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm consisting of anodized aluminium main & cross Tee of size 36.50 x 25.00 x 1.40mm weighing 0.24 Kg/RM & 23.50 x 26.40 x 1.40mm weighing 0.191 Kg/RM respectively, main & cross tee jointed at junction crossing with anodized aluminium angle bracket of size 15x15x1.5mm weighing 0.12 Kg/RM fixed with suitable MS bolts, nuts & washers, snap grid (main/cross tee) supported at ends all along the wall with anodized aluminium angle of size 35x25x2mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM fixed to wall with suitable arrangement, fixed in grid support with 2.50mm dia galvanized mild steel wire Class 3 fixed in detached works etc to support snap grid, with & including providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including preparation to exposed surfaces, complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, all as specified and as directed. Note : False ceiling board shall be of make Everest / Charminar or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Tiles shall be dismantled carefully and stacked properly including segregating the serviceable & unserviceable tiles as directed. Serviceable tiles shall be reused under the respective item of this Schedule.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster (screed bed) over roof slab in CM 1:3, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof and priming the surface with one coat of applied bituminous primer @ 0.50 litre/sqm and provide a layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface complete all as described in Para 11.44.5 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps.

M&L for providing 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with water proofing compound @ 0.20% by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hydraulically pressed burnt clay tile plain of size 200x200x19/20mm machine made laid over & including cement mortar screed bed 15mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 mixed with water proofing compound and jointed pointed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying of 20mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 13.5 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing/Laying only, jointing and testing old serviceable galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 24.00 here-in-before including cleaning the pipe from inside & outside properly including rust & mud removal, with & including new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 25mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying of 25mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 13.5 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing/Laying only, jointing and testing old serviceable galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 25mm bore obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 27.00 here-in-before including cleaning the pipe from inside & outside properly including rust & mud removal, with & including new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, not exc 75mm wide and not exc 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & as directed.

Disconnecting existing serviceable rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of capacity exc 500 litres & not exc 1000 litres including cleaning & removing all scale & dirt etc from tank with gunny bags, cleaning with fresh water and bleaching powder, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 20mm bore (minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints / solvent cement joints including clamps fixed to walls including dismantling & taking out or down old unserviceable 110mm bore PVC pipe with fittings complete all as directed.
