SITC of air-cooled type 16.5TR (nominal capacity) ductable AC unit having triple circuit (ceiling suspended / floor mounted) complete with outdoor unit, indoor unit, having scroll compressor operating on 3 phase, 415v+/- 5%, 50Hz A.C. supply, with indoor unit air circulation 400 CFM/TR & all other associated accessories like various motors, coils complete in all respect and capable for performing cooling, air circulation, filtration , Microprocessor, starter pannel, temperature sensors and chorded remotes etc. complete as required.

SITC of following type (nominal capacity) ductable AC units complete with outdoor unit, indoor unit, having single/double scroll compressor operating on 3 phase, 415v ± 5%, 50Hz A.C. supply, with indoor unit air circulation 400 CFM/TR & all other associated accessories like various motors, coils complete in all respect and capable for performing cooling, air circulation, filtration , Microprocessor, starter pannel, temperature sensors and chorded remotes etc. complete as required. 11.0 TR Ductable AC Unit (Two circuit with one indoor)

Providing and fixing of insulation on ducting with 6mm thick nitrile rubber closed cell fire redundant insulation with one side aluminium foil faced etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of old package/ductable type AC units (indoor as well as outdoor unit) i/c its electrical/mechanical connections complete as required and shifting the dismantled material to the desired location as given by the engineer-in-charge in the same building.

Pressure testing with nitrogen, pressure standing for at least 8 hrs. vaccumzing & commissioning with refrigerant of following AC unit complete as reqd. (a)11.0TR Ductable AC unit twin circuit

Providing and fixing of hanging arrangements for following AC ductable units including MS rods, channel, angle, fastener, scap folding complete as required (a) 11.0 TR ductable AC unit

(b) 16.5TR ductable AC Unit

Fabricating & installing of following size copper piping/ cable tray made out with M.S. Slotted angle & square pipe i/c nut bolt, screw, etc. as reqd. (a) Width size not exceeding 150mm

b.) Width size above 150mm not exceeding 300mm.

c.) Width size above 300mm not exceeding 500mm.

Supply and fixing of following type of damper made out of 18 gauge CRC/GI sheet used as fire damper, supply air damper or return air damper in the main duct or branch duct or in return air path as per site requirement i/c nut bolts, gaskets etc. as required. a.) Volume control damper for the ductable unit to control the supply air quantity as required (Size upto 4sqft.)

Pdg. & installing copper pipe (soft/hard pipe) including cutting bending, joining, brazing etc as reqd. for hot and liquid refrigerant line. (a) 5/8"

Supplying & laying of following sizes PVC sheathed armoured copper conductor cable on the existing wall / ceiling for Power / Control cable etc. as reqd. : a) 4C x 16 Sq. mm Copper Armoured cable.

b) 4c x 10 Sq. mm Copper Armoured cable.

c) 4c x 1.5 Sq. mm Copper Armoured cable.

d) 6c x 1.5 Sq. mm Copper Armoured cable

e) 3 cx 2.5 Sq. mm Copper Armoured cable.

Providing and fixing of Al. powder coated supply air/return air grills for 11 TR/16.5TR ductable units.

Providing and fixing of 6mm thick cross linked polyethylene insulation for drain piping 25mm in order to protect it from air borne impurities complete as reqd. as per site location.

Lifting and shifting of 16.5TR AC units from ground floor upto the site where the AC room is situated with the help of chain pully and heavy labor complete as required.

Lifting and shifting of 11.0TR AC units from ground floor upto the site where the AC room is situated with the help of chain pully and heavy labor complete as required.

Providing and charging of R-22 gas for topup of refrigerant in the AC units complete as required.

Minor civil work such as cutting, winding and opening the floor/wall and other civil work for installing refrigerant piping and electrical cabling for each AC unit complete as reqd.

Supplying & laying of 8 SWG. GI wire on surface or on recess for loop earthing on the existing surface / Recess with main power cable etc. as reqd.

Supply & fixing of G.I. sheet metal ducting i/c air mixing, air distribution system, complete thickness gauge i/c nut bolts & gasket etc. as required. (a) 24 gauge G.I Sheet

b) 22 gauge G.I. Sheet

Providing and making MS structure work such as MS platform/duct supports/tray supports/frame for indoor and outdoor AC units i/n cutting, welding, painting with redoxide and then enamel oil paint of approved color etc. complete as reqd. as per site location.

Providing and fixing of flexible canvasconnection for package and ductable unit with G.I. frame I/c nut bolt etc. complete as reqd.

Providing & making drain arrangement for A/C units with following pipe i/c Tee, Union, Socket & Elbow etc as reqd. PVC hard medium pipe shall be used (a) 40 mm dia. Drain pipe

Providing and fixing of 9mm thick cross linked polyethylene insulation for copper piping/PVC drain pipe in order to protect it from air borne impurities complete as reqd. as per site location.

Providing and fixing of dryer for removing moisture and filtration of gas complete as required.

Providing and fixing of liquid line Danfos make 5/8" dia ball valve including silver brazing pressure testing with nitrogen gas complete as required

S/I/T/C of 63A - 100A 10kA, Three Pole MCCB in existing sheet steel enclosure/ MV panel including dismantling the old faulty/burnt out MCBs/MCCBs/SFUs and making suitable mounting arrangement, connections with copper conductor cable with lugs etc. complete as required.
