PROVN OF STONE SET FLOORING FOR A VEHICLES UNDER GE (ARMY) SURATGARH AT SURATGARH MIL STN

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil/material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge not exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/ rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 250mm long,150 to 200mm wide and 150mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, joints 20 mm thick; grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement and struck flush laid over 100 mm thick M-20 (Nominal mix) type A-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Edge stones to flooring with stone setts of size 250 to 300mm long x 150 to 200mm wide, and 450mm deep and all as per item no-5 as above complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concerete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in subbase of floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
