Preventive & breakdown maintenance of complete sub station equipments, Lighting of switchyard & control room, LA etc round the clock by a team comprising of following technical persons. (A) TG-II (Lineman & Technician) (ITI Electrical Trade) - 03 Nos. (B) Skilled Collie - 02 Nos.
General cleaning of control room, committee room, SDO office building, road and cleaning of toilets etc. (Including consumable, toiletries) twice a day.
Proper cleaning of complete yard by cutting grass & bushes 04 times in a year.
Spraying of Round - UP/Gloycal & Amonium suplhate crystal "mixture by duluting with water in ratio of 1:5 with manual operated spraying machine in switchyard.
Cleaning of cable trenches after removing all trench covers and again put on same.
Maintenance of lawn and garden as per technical specification.
