Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil or any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.Note : Manual excavation to be done. During excavation if any damage occured to existing cable any type/ water pipe line, it will be contractor responsibilty to get it repair and make functional by providing jointing kit etc without any extra cost. Contractor has to repair it within 24 hrs so that essential service can not be effected due to such damage.If contractor fails to repair it within 24 hrs penalty @ Rs 500/- will be charged to contractor. In this GE decision will be final conclusive and binding.

All as per item No 01 above but exc 1.5m but nexc 3.0 m detpth complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (Reinforement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing unserviceable material exc 1500 mtr out side of MOD land complete all as directed as specified.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwiese provided for including gates all as sepcfied and directed

Dismantling of barbed wire of any description and in any positionwith and including clear vegatation on fencing and in floor area to facilatate demolition of any size and section complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Materials and Labour for brick work with fly ash Sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating,and roof padding as directed including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 Design mix in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete ,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 Design mix in columns; pillars; piers; posts; struts etc,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete (M-25) design mix in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts with and including appling bond coat of epoxy bonding agent (Nito Bond) & cement in 1 : 1 ratio bonding old and new concrete on old cement concrete surface afer thoroughly abraded to remove all laitance, any trace of loose plaster,cement concrete , oil, grease, paints and any other materials are to be removed by wire brushing the surface. The entire surface shall then be washed thoroughly with plenty of water and then allowed to dry. Defective concrete surfaces cut back to a sound base by chipping and removed loose concrete. Smooth surfaces to achieve by chemically roughenedand all necessary scaffolding and safety measures all as specified and directed. .(The cost of entire operation shall be carried out by approved manufacturers or their authorized applicator and deemed to be included in unit rate).

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finished surfaces of concrete, square, rectangular or polygonal, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Galvanised steel concertina coil 610mm dia having 50 turns and approximate weight 8.50kg ± 5% and suitable to be stretched to cover a distance of 5-7 running meter, S clips per spiral using a cental core high tensile wire around which a tape of razor barbs in machine crimped complete all as specfied and directed

S & F galvanized steel barbed wire with two strands of line wire of dia 2.24 mm and barbed with point wire of dia 2 mm at 75 mm spacing straining and fixing to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised iron binding wire, GI staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed (two strand of line wire will be measured as one unit).

S & F hot rolled low tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. Wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Independent test report , MTC and purchase voucher shall be sumbmitted before commencement of work and same shall be submitted along with his claim of payment

S&F PEB column with and including connected accessories complete all as specified and shown in drawing , compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. builtup from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc. Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality - A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts(machine made) with hexagonal or square heads of 5 to 10mm diameter neck at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia. and over, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia. and over up to and including 10 mm dia. in stirrups, spacers, binders etc. cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning to expose corruded reinforcement of chajja/beam/slab/columns by wire brushing, emery paper or by mechanical means and to remove all loose scale and corrosion deposit and washing complete and providing additional reinforcement TMT bars of approved make of any size , cut to length by electro welding method and applying one coat of rust removing chemical and anti rust coating (zinc) along its full circumference up to 10 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures all as specified and directed. (Manufacturer name of chemical shall be : Fosroc/Sika/Pidilite/BASAF) The cost of entire operation shall be carried out by approved manufacturers or their authorized applicator and deemed to be included in unit rate).

Smooth surfaces to achieve by chemically roughened up to 10 Mtr height including appling bond coat of epoxy bonding agent (Nito Bond) & cement in 1 : 1 ratio bonding old and new concrete on damaged surface and all necessary scaffolding and safety measures all as specified and directed. .(The cost of entire operation shall be carried out by approved manufacturers or their authorized applicator and deemed to be included in unit rate).

M&L for providiing and placing high built repair ready mix concrete (Micro concrete) grade of M-50 specification and strength conforming to ASTM- C109-99,ASTM- C 307 ,BS1881 Part 207 for grouting/expose corroded reinforcement of chajja/beam/slab with bonding agent as per manufactures instruction (Manufacturer : Fosroc/Sika/Pidilite/BASAF) proper compaction and finished to proper level with and including provision of formwork to the affected portion up to 10 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding all as specified and directed.(entire operation shall be done by the approved manufacturer or their authorized applicator and deemed to be included in the unit rate)

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 5mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth using extra cement in walls etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - 1.(Water proofing compound deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates) 2. second layer shall be applied after complete dried of Ist layer.

M & L for applying Two 100 % Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint as approved pattern ( colours as approved by GE) (Berger,Weather coat Advanced XP long life Brand/Asain Paints :Apex ultima Brand /ICI:Dulux Weather shield Max Brand/J&N:Safeguard Optima Brand over a coat of exterior wall primer on new concrete/wall over and including 1mm thick external wall putty in two layer surfaces up to 10 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F LED high bay light (round) having high efficiency with pressure die-cast housing,having fin ventilation technology for better thermal management, having efficiency of 150 Lm/ Watt, of capacity of 80 watt, IP 66, 240 Volt, 50 HZ, for installation in hanger roof by providing all necessary accessories, MS clamp for hanging and fixing of light fitting including making electrical connection by providing 1.5 Sqmm x 3 core sheathed flexible copper conductor cable from light fitting to source of supply complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) All LED Highbay light fittings street lights shall be properly connected with earth dolly provided with fittings and earth conductor/ earth wire. (ii) All LED lights have replacement warranty of 3 years from the date of completion of the contract. Contractor has to submitt warranty certificate from manufacturer . Payment of light fitting will be released after receiving of 3 year replacement warranty certificate. (iii) The LED lights will replaced by the contractor free of cost in the case of manufacturing defects and Failure due to electrical impact. (iv) The contractor shall submit the surge protection certificate and Type test certificate LM 79, LM 80 for luminaries. (v) All LED fitting shall be identified by printing or fixing stickers duly mentioned the C.A number and date of completion. (vi) For any change in product or change in catalogue No. etc due to technological upgradation, letter has to be obtained from the lighting company on their letter head signed by an offical of National level. (vii) All T& P required at site for installation of light on Pole / Bldg /Tower or at any location shall be arranged by contractor

M&L for Sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade 4.00 Sqmm (Nominal area) FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable, having multi-stranded copper conductor drawn in but including 16 gauge stove enameled ERW rigid steel conduit (metallic) not less than 19 mm dia with all MS conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc as approved by EIC including PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cable 4.0 Sqmm cable with multistranded copper conductor green colour as contineous earth conductor cable connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.
