Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto all depth, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within all lead .including pumping or bailing out water upto all lead and lifts,as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge, including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by the contractor to full extent in all respects in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering and curing complete All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : two coarse sand) : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : four sand : eight Graded stone aggregate 25mm (twenty five millimetre) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast and retaining walls etcetra as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights. Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Addition of synthetic Polyester triangular fibre of length 12mm (twelve millimetre), effective diameter 10-40 (ten-forty) microns and specific gravity of 1.34 (one point thirty four) to 1.40(one point forty) in cement concrete / RCC / Flooring / water retaining structures by using 125gms (one hundred twenty five grams) of synthetic Polyester triangular fibre for 50 Kg ( fifty kilograms) cement used as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm average (twenty millimetre) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (one cement : four coarse sand) 25 mm (twenty five millimetre) thick as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm(twelve millimetre) to 20 mm (twenty millimetre) in patches of area 2.50 Sq.m (two point five zero square metre) and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete with Cement Mortar 1:4 one Cement :four Sand) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm four millimetre dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (one hundred into one hundred millimetre) (woven diagonally) including 10 (ten) pecent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 (forty ) kg each as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying weep hole with 110 mm (one hundred ten millimetre) diametre pvc pipes laid slope of 1:20 (one isto twenty) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
