M&L for dismantling the unserviceable earthing connection and broken earth pit from its original position and making good by removing extra soil from site complete as directed.

S&F steel tubes ISI marked light grade galvanised with all fittings fixed to walls / poles / laid in road crossing etc as required of following sizes:-.

Taking down MCB distribution boards with incoming and outgoing controls any make, any capacity after disconnecting complete.

S&F MCB distribution board powder coated, CRCA steel sheet constructed as per IS : 8623, degree of protection IP 54 - IK 09 with double metal door, recess mounted or surface mounted on sutaible size of approved wooden board, having insulated 100 amp tinned copper bus bar, neutral busbar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plates in unused spaces as required with following ratings & ways:-

SPN DB (Double Door), 240 volts, 4 ways. Make - Legrand cat ref no 607710 or equivalent in Havells or Schnider as approved.

SPN DB (Double Door), 240 volts, 8 ways. Make - Legrand cat ref no 607711 or equivalent in Havells or Schnider as approved.

S&F tripple pole and neutral, powder coated, CRCA steel sheet Vertical bus bar distribution board (VTPN) double metal door constructed as per IS 8623 suitable for MCCB incomer upto 125 amp, 4 way, 415 volts, degree of protection IP 43, mechanical strength IK 09 with metal door, recess mounted, having 200 amp insulated tinned copper bus bar, neutral busbar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plates in unused spaces etc as required. Make- Legrand cat ref no 607913 or equivalent in Havells / Schneider as approved.

S&F MCCB three pole, 125 amps, Thermal Magnetic release for line protection, 16 KA adjustable TM range including spreader link set of same make as that of MCCB for connection, required lugs etc complete. Make - Make - Legrand cat ref No 420016 or equivalent in Havells or Schneider as approved.

S&F MCBs of 'C' characteristics having breaking capacity 10 KA, ISI marked including required wiring connections with copper lugs of suitable size provided in MCB DBs of following ratings:-

Single pole 6 to 32 amp. Make - Legrand cat ref no 408587 to 408595 or equivalent in Havells or Schneider as approved.

Double pole 10 to 32 amp. Make - Legrand cat ref no 408631 to 408636 or equivalent in Havells or Schneider as approved.

Note for MCBs & MCB DBs:- MCBs & MCB DBs shall be of the same make.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x6.0mm thick buried directly under ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including galvanized iron wire 4.0mm not exceeding 7.5meters for each earth without protection pipe, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers made out of GI all as shown on plate No 5 of SSR Part I to the extent applicable to this item including necessary making PCC pit of size 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.3 m (inner size) in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia bar and complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases,pinning in ,making good for facings where required and pointing the cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings,steps,cills,sun shades,shelves,lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed conduit wiring etc and making good, cutting exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm grith all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully energy meter any type, any capacity upto 40 amp after disconnecting power and refixing / re-connecting the same after replacing of MCB DB with suitable size of PVC FRLSH single core multi stranded copper cable, PVC flexible pipe, suitable size of approved wooden board and necessary clamping arrengement to make good existing surface complete all as directed.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in couduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earhting etc as required 4mm dia galvanised iron wire including connecting with old/new earth pit complete all as directed.
