Demolition of concrete of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured non skid tile 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of Each tiles exc. 0.06 sqm n exc., 0.18 sqm in floor etc. set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to matchover and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic tiles of size 450x350x/6/7 /350x250x7/ 300x200x7mm thick coloured tiles on walls such as skirting and dado and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) finished fair and rough as backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan, exc. 6m mean radius built, in cement mortar 1:6 as in manholes, septic tanks, soakage pits, drain etc in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, terrazzo dado in any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish, vegetation etc outside complex (MoD land) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces or brick work of concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement (1:3) on fair faces of concrete as in ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , applied in two layers ie. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) and 2nd (top) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and top layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction & finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
