M&L for MS framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe 290 (Grade E-165) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepraration of new or untreated surfaces of steel of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of whitewash complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured).complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5mm thick EPU floor coating system comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top:- (a) Preparation by cleaning surface from dust, dirt, muck, moisture & foreign material and cleaned by means of using mechanical scrubber/grinder, chemical treatment for oil if required. (b) Application of primer which shall be a two component solvent- free epoxy polyamido amine system having a volumetric ratio of mixing of 1:1 or as per manufacturer’s instruction to yield thickness of 200 microns. Make: “NITOPRIME-25” of Fosroc Chemicals(India) Pvt. Ltd. Or equivalent approved make of SIKA (c) Applying the screed layer with High strength self-smoothing epoxy underlay of minimum thickness of 3mm (2800 microns). The self levelling screed shall consist of a low viscous epoxy amine cured system and graded aggregates (special silica). The self epoxy system shall have a volumetric ratio of mixing of resin in 2:1 ratio. The aggregates shall be added over the copper tape in the ratio of 1:3 or 1:3:5 or as per manufacturer’s instruction. Make: “NITOFLOR EU5” of Fosroc Chemicals(India) Pvt. Ltd. Or equivalent approved make of SIKA.

(d)Applying epoxy resin based floor topping shall be supplied in pre-weighed packs and ready to mix and use, which will consists of resin, hardener, EPI(Colour concentrate) and formulated aggregates to be mixed with resin & hardener in the pre-weighed ratio add EIP colour (colour concentrate) and formulated aggregates to agitate the mixture by an electrically driven motor and lay the mixture to the thickness of 2mm(2000 microns). Make: “NITOFLOR SL 2000” of Fosroc Chemicals(India) Pvt. Ltd. Or equivalent approved make of SIKA

Material and labour for 100/150mm wide polyurethane protective coating(Paint) which is a two component, pigmented, aliphatic polyurethane coating possessing good resistance to long term exposure of UV rays and chemical attack complete all as specified and as directed. Make: “NITOCOTE UR512” of Fosroc Chemicals(India) Pvt. Ltd. Or equivalent approved make of SIKA

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.
