M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in sub base of flooring/ hard standing all as specified.

Sand filling under floors or in any position including watering and consolidation for laying interlocking paver block all as specified.

M&L for providing, cement concrete type B1 ,1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protections, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Demolition of stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

Pre - cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks built in cement mortar 1:6

M&L for PCC type C2 1:3:6 (40cm graded aggregate) as in foundation of drains complete all as directed

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick surface and finising plastered surface with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channle 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including form moulds mitered/stopepd ends etc

Add for additional 25 mm inner girth over or under 30 cm all as specified

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete cover slab and removing the debris to a distance not exc 500m as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for cover slab set in CM 1:4 including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S & F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks drain covers and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Materials and labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 Nominal Mix using 20mm graded aggregate in slabs supported in walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slab and shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs landings and similar works not exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to edges of slab exc 10cm but n exc 20cm thick

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hopping for columns hooking ends and binding with and clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending sprially for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using exrtra cement as on walls complete.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on external surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of steel surface and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of Epoxy anticorrosive paint over 10 cm width or girth.

M&L for preparation of old painted bituminous/concrete, flexible or rigid surface and painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide and applying one coat of road marking paint water based (white or golden yellow) with necessary painting rollers, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
