Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone/concrete walls /ceiling incl racking out joints etc,hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc & dispose off debris upto a distance n exc. 500 mtrs where directed complete all as specified and directed.note -rate applicable includes site clearance reqd if any along secutity wall/compound wall

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls in CM 1:4. finishing even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Description all as per Srl item No 4.00 above but except bricks (old dismantled serviceable bricks obtained from Srl item No 3shall be reused after necessary cleaning of mortar)

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement morter 1:4 , all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of cement base paint on walls, pillars cornices etc surface incl preparation of old plastered/painted surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss incl filling holes necessary where required with putty as in pathces or nail holes to obtain smooth finish using sand paper and matching the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide to new steel or steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel/concrete surface of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies 35mm thick type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm gradded aggregate) set in CM 1:4 ( measured solids ) including all mouldings and demolition of existing RCC jallies complete all as specified

M & L Providing precast ce ment concrete (incl reinforcement bar) type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm gradded aggregate) RCC jalli pillar of size 100mmx100mm & 750mm long set in CM 1:4 in setting in mortar including taking down old pillar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Providing cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in bed block for hold fast,mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges and similar works complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in lintel and similar bands,parapet and coping including any formwork required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Post or Struts( RCC) any section embedded in concrete masonry etc,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed. note site clearance included in the quoted rates

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes ) each n.exc. 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth round in layers n.exc. 25 cm in any kind of soil, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m an making good to surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling,post holes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified note site clearance included in the quoted rates

Dismantling of fencing mesh with wire of any type and any description complete all as specified and directed.note site clearance included in the quoted rates

Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing any size any type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain linkfencing including line wires,any shape,any mesh,size,rails,straining bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) ,Nut & bolt including all necessary drilling,etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed. Note : Unit rate is also included for locking holes with wire after fixing of barbed wire and welding to bent up portion as directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia Fe 410- Gde E-250 around fencing hooking,welding and straining properly to fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,rails,guide rail,braces, etc and similar work complete all as specified,drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings(exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing (Fe 410-W(Gde E-165)) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete partly (part of RCC column) for complete all as specified

M&L for RCC nominal mix A-1 (1:1.5:3) using (20mm graded aggregate) as in columns pillars post struts etc complete all as specified.

M & L for form work to rough finished flat surfaces of sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and stanchions complete all as specified

M & L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete nominal mix type A-1 (1:1.5:3) using (20mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts , struts etc for fencing average cross sectional area exc 100 & n exc 250 sq cm with or without chamferred angles and flat , splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed including 4mm dia stapple wire and fixed in concrete/brick over wall or column with the help of ground anchor wires/ropes. Note the precast reinforced cement concrete shall be finished even and fair in frames/moulds withot any extra casts. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.complete all as specifified

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over., cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. Or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers, and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or scouring with clips.complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises.complete all as specified

M&L for glazed ceramic black coloured tiles of size 200mm x 300mm x 7-8mm thick as in verticale portion such as dado,skirting,riser to steps etc with highlighter border set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed inwhite or coloured pigment to match the shade of tile over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified

M&L for Granite 18-20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin platform, treads, risers and like laid over 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including pointing with coloured pigment using marble dust to match with shade of granite and rounding the edges of granite stone slabs wherever required as per directions of Executives complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old gate, area n exc 9 Sqm and erection and refixing the same after making it serviceable, easing, renewing and greasing, oiling complete including cutting, filling for hold fast incl making good in PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 as required, complete all as specified and directed.
