Cutting and removal of all types of creepers dead & alive from chain link fencing and barbed wire of height upto 2.5 m & from 1.0 m area on both sides of fence, collection of cut creepers, subsequent mechanical transportation of collected creepers upto a lead of 3.0 km and disposal of cut creepers at designated places by controlled burning etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer In Charge.

Supplying & errecting in position G.I. CHAIN LINK FENCING of 8g, 50mm mesh, 2.44mtr height above G.L. with slanting arm of 495mm long, with chain link fixed to RCC(M-25) POSTS of size varying from 150 x 150 mm at bottom to 100 x 100mm at top, posts approx. at 3050mmC/c with supporting struts of same size at every fifith posts and struts embeded in cement concrete 1:2:4 of size 500 x 500 x 600 mm deep fixing 4 row of G.I. barbed wire of 4 spikes, 2 ply, 12g in the slanting portion, including excavation of site to the desired level, excavtion of pit (500 X 500 X 600), scaffolding,PCC, formwork and also providing 200mm murrum, consolidated to 150mm thk, 230mm soling, making 100mm thk PCC below chain link fencing , cost of M.S., Reinforcement (12mm- 4nos, stirrups 8mm-100 c/c) for the posts and struts, 6mm dia G.I. 'J' hooks, bolts, nuts, washers, 6mm dia m.s. fixing rods etc. and painting chain link, barbed wire and fixing accessories with two coats of paint over a coat of approved primer and two coats of SYNTHETIC ENAMEL paint for CHIAN LINK fencing & RCC posts, and disposal of surplus material etc. complete generally as per specifications and drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Providing, supplying backhoe loader cum excavator including operator and helper for executing the works like excavation, grading, levelling, debris cleaning, Clearing Jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings including removal of rubbish etc. to the periphery of the area to be cleared as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Note: 1) Rate per working hour shall include all fuel, consumables and maintenance expenses. The break-down or maintenance hours will not be considered as working hours and no measurement shall be paid for the same.

2) A log book shall be maintained by the contractor at site and daily record & signature for authorized working hours shall be taken from the Engineer-in-charge. The log book record only will be considered for measurement and release of payment.

Providing and fixing at any height precoated Galvalume Roofing profile sheets of approved size, shape and pitch up to and including single length of 12.00 m. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 X 55 mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Galvalume sheet roofing 0.50 mm Thickness in Single sheet

Providing and fixing precoated Galvalume roofing accessories using self drilling / self tapping screws or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or G.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.I. plain and bitumen washers complete.

Roofing accessories of Galvalume sheet up to 600 mm total width for ridges, gutters, aprons,and flashings

Providing and erecting 2.00-metre-high temporary barricading at site as per drawing/ direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: - Onetime payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work).

Lead charges for 1st 1 km or part thereof, by mechanical transport including loading unloading, stacking / levelling etc. for soil

Murrum Filling under floors of specified thick in layers of not more than 150 mm thickness including supplying required materials and consolidation etc. complete ( Murrum to be brought from out side campus of BARC)

Supplying, Stacking and Laying of 150 mm Thick Soling stones under Floor base including packing with smaller stone and compacting with Hand roller / Floor compactor including spreading and consolidation of blinding material, moorum etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using steel plates, planks for all types of structures in both substructure and superstructure including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time at all levels, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 coarse sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing curing etc. complete as per specifications and drawings but excluding the cost of Form work shuttering, centering Complete at all levels, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules,cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete including cost of binding wire as per specifications and drawings. Steel Supplied by the Contractor. Using TMT Bars of Specified Grades of all sizes. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor SAIL, RINL, JSW or TATA make only

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including Admixturesof approved Brand and quality (Plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, Mechanical mixing, transporting , placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering ,and reinforcement complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra over Item 14 for RCC Using Ready Mix Concrete from outside Project area including transporting and Pumping from approved Batching plants .

Constructing, providing and fixing in position RCC precast planks and copings at all levels for boundary wall of grade M30 using 20 mm maximum siza aggregates including provision of lifting hook/hole, weep holes, scaffolding including formwork, consolidation using surface vibrator, finishing with a coat neat cement punning on all surfaces, curing in curing pits at casting yard, hoisting and setting in position with C.M 1:3 (using coarse sand) but excluding the cost of reinforcement, complete as per specifications and directions by Engineer-In-charge.

Supplying cutting to shape and fixing 100 mm Dia dia UPVC Pipes as per IS 4985 with pressure rating of 6 kg / cm2 pipes in precast RCC wall for weep holes complete all as per drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Structural steel work as embedment in concrete using angles welded and / or bolted in built up sections including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections using materials produced by SAIL , RINL (Vizag Steel) and Main manufacturer only all test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials

Providing and fixing 600/ 610 mm Dia barbed concertina coil and barbed wire fencing (9 horizontal barbed wires) with required dia upto 3m height of wall with existing angle iron Y shaped placed 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal RBT stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with reinforced barbed tape (RBT) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg / sq. mm with tape (0.52mm thick ) of supreme make or equivalent and weight 43.478 gms/metre (cost of MS angle, CC blocks shall be paid separately).

Dismantling barbed wire / flexible wire rope including concertina coil in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 100 m lead.

Demolishing Stone rubble masonry both above and below ground level including embedded parts (In cement mortar) manually/ by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials at a location indicated by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry using approved Rubble stone in sub structure /super structure in C.M 1:6 (using crushed sand) including raking out joints or simultaneous flush pointing above ground level / plinth level and up to and including 20 m height including scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per drawings and specifications.

Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes of approved make, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2, laying to the levels, slopes and as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including testing of joints etc. complete.

Laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate to WBM in one layers of total 200 mm loose and 150mm compacted thickness in road/foundation etc. using apprx 63-40mm nominal size hand broken stone of approved quality, hand packing with stone chipping to fill voids, laying murrum, ramming, watering, well consolidating with 10 MT power roller, including screening, sprinkling sweeping, and rolling operation until the coarse aggregate has been thoroughly keyed well bonded and firmly set in its full dethatch., complete as per specifications drawings and directed as per Engineering-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run Bitumen of grade 60/70 penetration including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen mechanically operated spray unit, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications On WBM / WMM @ 0.75 kg / sqm

Providing laying bituminous macadam of thickness 50 to 75 mm as directed on prepared surface with spcified graded crushed stone aggregate for profile corrective base / binder courseincluding loading of aggregate with FE loader, hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen ( @ 3.5% by weight of total mix) in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying the mixed material with paver to the requied level and grade and rolling with road rollers, as per specification to achieve the proper compaction including preparation and consolidation of surface/sub grade with power roller (8T to 12T) but excluding the cost of primer / tack coat. Bitumen of 60/70 grade penetration.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bituumen of grade 60/70 penetration including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen mechanically / manually, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications On bituminous surface @ 0.50 kg / sqm

Providing and laying dense bituminous concrete of thickness 25 to 40 mm as directed on prepared surface with specified graded stone aggregate for wearing course including loading of aggregate with FE loader and hot mixing of bitumen ( @ 7.5% by weight of total mix) with filler and stone aggregate in hot mix plant transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying the mixed material with mechanical paver finisher fitted with electronic sensing device to the requied level and grade and rolling with power rollers (8T to 12T), spreading the stone sand over the compacted surface as per specification but excluding cost of primer / tack coat. Bitumen of grade 60/70 penetration.
