Term Contract for maintenance/ upkeep of existing street lights and high mast lights in Cantonment area.

Maintenance ,operation, watch and ward round the clock of Street light poles, light fixtures, LED fittings cables, wires, MCB's, earthing, earthing strip, earth wire, Service Pillar (Feeder Pillar) including all accessories such as MCB, MCCB's bus bars, HRC fuses, rewirable fuses, contactor, timers, connector, wires, earthing, glands, thimbles etc. as per Instructions of Engineer in Charge, replacement of worn out cables/wires etc. including excavation and cost of hydraulic crane for repairing of cable faults, wirring fault locator equipment and all required tools, labour and all other incidental operations required for execution of maintenance work are included in the rates with cost of all materials and labour for comprehensive maintenance upto light fixture.

Maintenance, operation watch and ward round the High Mast Light, light fixtures, cables, LED fittings, MCB’s , MCCB’s , feeder pillers, including all accessories such as bus-bar, HRC, rewirable fuses contractor timer and connecting wire from feeder pillar to high mast light, Highmast poles of 12M to 20M high, gland, thimbles including replacement of cable, locating fault with fault locating machine, epoxy joints, straight through joints, including cost/rent of hydraulic crane, all tools, labours and all other incidental operations, required for functioning of high mast lights are included in the rates/cost of all material utpo light fixture.

Supply & fixing only of single dip galvanized steel double over hang 1.5 m brackets at top of 8 mt pole complete with all fixing arrangements as required.

Supply and drawing 2.5 sqmm single core copper wire 2 nos. inside the GI Octagonal pole from connector box to the HPSV fitting including connections with thimbles as required in 8 m pole.

Supplying only of 4 core 25 mm armoured XLPE aluminum cable 1.1 KV grade ISI marked in existing HDPE/RCC pipe and connecting the cable in the pole with connector box as reqd.

M/L painting of electric poles/brackets of any length, any description with aluminum paint of two coats of good quality including preparing surface of the pole smooth to receive painting as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S/F pvc insulated service cable of size 2x16 sqm suspended by 4 mm dia suspension wire to be fixed from pole to pole on any indicated position including making connection as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S/F XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductors 1100 volt grade 4x35 Sqmm by taking out old and unserviceable cable, including making connections as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S/F of bus bar chamber or kiosk box along with clamps nut bolts and washer with existing quality by taking but old and unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
