Dismantling the existing damaged pressed tiles & weathering course in Cement mortor and clearing away from the site including loading,Unloading & transportation charges etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge including Labour charges,lead,T & P's etc., complete.

Weathering course with PCC 1:2:4 using 10-12 mm HBG stone jelly with water proofing chemicals (300ml per 50kg of cement bag ) for finishing and top smoothening with power trowel over R.C.C. roof slab, for a depth of 0.05 mm of giving required slope and thickness to roof as required & applying two component Elastomeric water proofing coating can be applied Two coats and laying one course of (cooling tiles ) Solar Reflective ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm size using Saint Gobain grey adhesive and pointed with the Epoxy grout Over one coat of water proofing chemicals including cost of all materials,Epoxy grout & water proofing chemicals , all materials, labour, curing, all leads and lifts, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers (the rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary).

Providing PVC downfall Rain water pipe of 110 mm dia,4 Kg/cm2of ISI make including cost of bend, Elbow and shoe, cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, as per standard specification etc., complete.

White washing two coats for Ceiling with approved quality of White cement including cost of all materials, labour, leads & lifts and as directed by Engineer at site.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior emulsion paint of approved colour over one coating of wall primer, including thorough scrapping and necessary scaffolding charges, putty ,lead &lift etc., complete.

Painting Two coats with enamel paint to old iron work including cost of all materials labour charges, all leads and lifts etc., complete and as directed by Engineer at site

Chipping,clearing and removing the existing cement flooring and Paving the floor with best quality Double charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3, 20mm thick in all floors and top pointing white cement with same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Engineer incharge at site before use on works)

Laying PCC 1:4:8 cement concrete flooring for 100 mm average thick over the Flooring with Non-slippery Tiles of approved quality and colour, with CM 1:3 10mm thick and pointing with same colured cement including cost of all materials, labour,lead,lift etc, complete as per specification and as approved by the Engineer in charge of work.

Chipping, clearing and removing the existing plastered walls , and Dadooing walls with glazed tiles 300mmx450mmx8mm of approved colour and make quality of ISI mark, laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.40kg/m2 including finishing the joint and pointing flush with tile surface including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, all leads, and lifts, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing white glazed earthen ware Oriya type Indian water closet of size 20" with flushing cistern of approved quality with 'P' and 'S' Trap embedded the closet with trap to shape in position with brick jelly concrete 32:12:5 using 40mm hard broken brick jelly finishing the top to required shape etc., including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing white glazed earthen ware Hand wash basin of size 550x400mm reputed make with cast iron brackets, 32mm CP waste coupling rubber plugged chain 15mm GM wheel valve, Nylon hose connection, materials,And Indian make bevelled edge mirror of approved quality and brand PVC / Fibre Glass framed 600 x 450 x 5.5mm thick mirror, shelf type with hard board backing of approved colour fixed with brass screws, rawl plug, etc., and approved best quality SS towel rail 600mm long and 20mm dia with brackets of same materials including cost of teak wood plugs and CP screws,lead, lift, transporting, labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / fan point (For electronic regulator).

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and the celling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with suitable flush type TW switch box to house the control switch and regulator, and covered with 3 mm Thick Hylern sheet with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed fan point with (For rheostatic type fan regulator).

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point.

Wiring with 2x4 sqmm(56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet for 15 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire , and making good of the concealed portion, with suitable colour for concealed power plug point.

Supply and fixing 4 feet 20W LED tube light Fitting Philips make or equivalent type on wall or ceiling.

Supply and fixing of bulk head fitting (Philips / Bajaj / K.Lite / Crompton Greaves) suitable for incandescent lamp with guard and 9 W LED bulb.

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300w regulater with 600mm down rod on the existing clamp.

Supply and fixing the 60 watts LED street light fitting with pipes , leads etc., Phillips make or equivalent type.

Wiring with Armoured co Axial LAN cable cat -6 PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for LAN point pin non inter locking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point.

Supplying and fixing of solid panel PVC door with frame for Toilet room including cost of all materials, lead, lift, transport, labour charges etc, complete as directed by Board Engineer at site.

Labour charges for Re writing the SS name in the Control Room building top side including cost of all materials, scaffolding, lead and lift etc., complete & as directed by departmental Engineer at site.

Supply and fixing 63A 4P,10 KA MCB including cost of all materials, lead, lift, transport, labour charges etc, complete as directed by Board Engineer at site.

Supply, Removing & Re fixing of Demaged Old Rubber beading to new rubber beading for aluminium glazed sliding windows ,damaged handle,locks in SS control room , including cost of all materials, lead, lift, transport, labour charges etc, complete as directed by Board Engineer at site.
