FillinFilling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and footing shuttering- All work upto plinth level: (a) 1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and footing shuttering- All work upto plinth level: (c) 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Ramdon rubble masonr with hard stone in foundation & plinth i/c levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 coarse sand:12 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at plinth level.-Coarse motar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand )

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and footing shuttering- All work upto plinth level: (a) 1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and footing shuttering- All work upto plinth level: (c) 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Construction of Grill fencing

Steel work welded in built up section/frame work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying coat of appoved steel primer using steel etc. as required-In grating, frame, guard bar, railing, brackets, gate and similar works.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel work.

Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi surface Paint of required shade two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer appliedd @ 0.8 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand or manufacture.

Construction of Sitting Bench

R.C.C. work in wall(any thickness),including attached pilasters,buttresses,plinth and string courses,fillets,column,pillars,piers,abutments,post and struts etc up to floor five level excluding cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement in 1:1.5:3( 1 cement :1.5 course sand: 3graded stone aggrt. 20mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for R.C.C work I/c bending, binding and placing in position complete ( a) Tor steel.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:a)Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness), partition and the like i/c attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and the string courses and the like

Construction of Dust Bin

Providing and laying in position specific grade of reinforced cement concrete,excluding the cost of centerring,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement-All work up to plinth level -1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement :1.5 c/sand: 3 graded stone aggrt. 20 mm nominal size.)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm.in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 metres lift upto 1.5 metre. (a) Loose / soft soil

Brick work with first class common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) brick in foundation & plinth in cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and laying Vitrified floor tiles in different sizes ( thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc,.complete. Size of tile 600 x 600 mm.

Finishing walls with water proffing cement paint of required shade: New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84kg/10sqm).

Landscaping

Land preparation works including removal of unwanted grasses,roots of old plants,levelling and removal of stones & pebbles etc.

Land Development i.e filling up of good earth soil/folly to a standard thickness i.e fit for plantation & making of doob grass lawn.

Development of a standard doob-grass lawn with standard doop-grass turf at 1.5 sq.ft including cost of plantation ,watering, weeding & mowing etc.
