Providing and fixing in position P.O.P. false ceiling over G.I. metal frame work of appd. quality and wiremesh. The main G.I. frame ( 24g x 2” x 1”) shall be at 2’6” c/c and intermediate frame ( 21/2” x ¾” x 24g) shall be at 15” c/c. The main G.I. member to be hanged with help of G.I angle of 1" x 1" x 24 gauge and additional M.S flats 3/4" x 1/8" (Redoxide painted) and s.s dash fasteners including all necessary work required. Expanded metal mesh (0.07 Kg/Sft) shall be firmly stretched and screwed to the intermediate frame with G.I. washers and average 20 mm plaster of paris to be applied on in two layers. Necessary provisions and marking shall be made for cut outs for air conditioners supply, return air grills, slits, light fittings, smoke detector and music speaker by providing 6mm bwp ply template etc. The job shall include making steps ceiling, vertical surfaces, cove, taper ceiling, pelmet facia etc. as per detail in drg. the job shall also include hardwood frame required for fixing AC Grills. (As laid finished POP surface area shall be measured for billing).
P/F 12 mm thick toughned glass , in existing wooden frame bebling, edging, polishing, including Atching if necessary and cost of wooden beading complete.
P/F wooden partition in board hollow core made of 9 mm oply both side with 4mm veneer of approved shade & superior quality on batten grid made with 19 mm board of size 50mmx38mm with malamine polish complete with provision of door and windows ( for which glass panel if any be deducted & paid separately)
Renovation of existing wooden wardrob by removing existing mica sheet & fixing 4mm thick vineer on exposed surface, malamine polish on vineer & painting on interior faces complete including cost of magnetic stopper, handles, locking arrangement hinges easing of door & minor repair as per site requirment complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
