Opening of panel back covers, removing of Bus bar, removing of PT, removing of Ct's, cleaning of all bus bar , CT chamber and heating up chamber to remove moisture with pressure test kit.complete testing of breaker ,checking mechanism of fixed and moving contacts and removing carbon deposits and overhauling of spring charged mechanism and operation of indicators are correctly showing the ON/OFF and spring charged / discharged system, cleaning the surfaces of insulators, fasten the bolts fixed in interrupting units, mechanism linkages, replacing all unserviceable parts lite CT,PT,vaccum inetrrupter,fuses /any mechanism etc. lubricating and greasing the mechanism of moving parts and reparing of trip push button assembly including testing and calibration of protection relays and reconnecting back the VCB and testing complete all as specified and directed.
