Concrete of M-7.5 grade having cube strength of 7.5 N / mm2 with 40 mm nominal size coarse aggregate.
Concrete of M-10 grade having cube strength of 10 N / mm2 with 40 mm nominal size coarse aggregate for fire protection wall.
Structural cement concrete ( plain/ reinforced) of specified 28 days strength (nominal size of coarse aggregate 20 mm) at all levels, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of equipments and T&P, POL, shuttering, curing, etc complete for handling, transportation, batching, mixing, placing, vibrating, and rendering, cleaning and finishing the exposed over ground surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) to give smooth and even surface, stub setting, fixing of foundation bolts ( as applicable) but excluding the cost of reinforcement complete as per specification, construction drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork/Excavation of soil (1 mtr x 1.50 mtr x 1 mtr) in all types of soils, including dispersal of extra soil, its carriage and Laying of earthing mat (40mm dia steel bars) as per approved design, galvanised iron (75mm x 12 mm/ 50mm x 6mm) risers, their surface cleaning, jointing by welding and driving of spikes etc for equipment and structural earthing.

M:10 Plain cement concrete of specified grade and strength conforming to IS: 456 placed as sub-base under structural concrete or as shown in approved construction drawings at all levels including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of equipments ad T&P, POL, shuttering, provision for pipe collars and its fixing at determined places etc complete for handling, transportation, batching, mixing, placing, vibrating, compacting, leveling, curing etc. as per specification, construction drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing/ supply/laying/spreading/levelling of 100 mm thick (compacted tickness) layer of 40 mm nominal size metal over M:10 grade concrete layer & providing the suitable slopes towards the nearest drains including the cost of all materials, labor, higher charges of equipments & T&P, POL etc. complete as per specification, construction drawings and direction of engineer in charge.
(C) Construction of cable trenches for 1 No. 132 KV new Bay,1 No. 33 KV new Bay and 1 No. 50 MVA Transformer Bay.
Excavation in all type of soils including mixed soils (i.e. soils containing pebbles/boulders etc.) for 132 KV new bay, 33 KV new bay and one 50 MVA Transformer Bay including all labour, POL, hire charges of equipments and T&Ps etc. including sheeting & shoring, lifting, handling and stock piling of excavated materials and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed for all leads & lifts complete as per specification, construction drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying of stone soling for excavated cable trenches, hand packed including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of equipments and T&P, POL, etc complete for handling, transportation, batching, placing.
High yield strength cold deformed steel reinforcement bars conforming to IS: 1786 for R.C.C. or any other work including the cost of all materials, binding wire, labour, hire charges of equipments and T&P, bending, binding, placing and tieing in position, POL etc. complete as per specification, construction drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charges.

Concrete of M-7.5 grade having cube strength of 7.5 N / mm2 with 40 mm nominal size coarse aggregate.
Structural cement concrete ( plain/ reinforced) of specified 28 days strength (nominal size of coarse aggregate 20 mm) at all levels, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of equipments and T&P, POL, shuttering, curing, etc complete for handling, transportation, batching, mixing, placing, vibrating, and rendering, cleaning and finishing the exposed over ground surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) to give smooth and even surface, stub setting, fixing of foundation bolts ( as applicable) but excluding the cost of reinforcement complete as per specification, construction drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Concrete of M-15 grade having cube strength of 15 N / mm2 with 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate.
Providing and fixing covers at all levels including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of equipments and T&P, POL, curing etc. complete for finished item of work as per specification, construction drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Pre-cast R.C.C. covers made of M-25 grade concrete
Providing, fabricating and Fixing of angle iron 50*50*6 for base and brackets/ Trays and Cleats, Flat iron 110*10mm for holding of brackets/Trays properly grouted into concrete, Flat Iron 65*8 for hooks and end brackets etc.
Plain cement concrete of grade M15 for providing slope (1:250 slope) in cable trenches of specified grade and strength conforming to IS:456 including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of equipments and T&P, POL, handling, transportation, batching, mixing, curing, etc. complete for finished item of work as per specification, construction drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
(D) LAYING OF 50 MVA POWER TRANSFORMER FOUNDATION.
Excavation in all type of soils including mixed soils (i.e. soils containing pebbles/boulders etc.) for any section including all labour, POL, hire charges of equipments and T&Ps etc. including sheeting & shoring, dewatering, lifting, handling and stock piling of excavated materials, back filling with excavated or borrowed earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed for all leads & lifts complete as per specification, construction drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying of stone soling for excavated foundation, hand packed including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of equipments and T&P, POL, etc complete for handling, transportation, batching, placing.
