Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Fire Brigade Breaching Unit 4 way with necessary fittings as per specification. Details: 150 mm dia. Fire Brigade Inlet Connection shall be taken directly to the internal ring. It shall comprise of four instantaneous male inlet coupling with plug and steel chain. The Inlet shall have a non return valve and a butterfly valve on the line upto the ring. The Fire Brigade Inlet shall be complete with necessary components like special fittings, bends, flanged tees etc. The plug shall be of moulded P V C complete all as directed.

Schedule-A Part -XV (COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF LIFT)
Notes:-(i) After expiry of the defects liabilty period of 12 (months) from the certified date of completion of work , the Government reserves the right to order the contractor to carry out Comprehensive Maintenance services of the lift (provided by him under Schedule 'A' Part XIV-B) in accordance with terms and conditions detailed in Sch 'A' and specifications enclosed thereoff. In the event of Govt exercising the above right, the terms of comprehensive maintenance service contract shall be for a period of four years. Total period of comprehensive maintenance service contract of the lift shall be for FOUR years from the expiry date of the defects liability period.
(ii)The rate quoted under this Sch 'A' Part XIV-B shall be deemed to include for material and labour required for comprehensive maintenance including repairs, renewals of all components/equipments as detailed in the scope of work in particular specifications.(iii)The work covered under Sch 'A' Part XIV-B will be ordered on the contractor by the respective Garrison Engineer on every year through a separate work order for the lifts installed in their area at the rate quoted by the contractor till completion of four years Comprehensive Maintenance. (iv) This contract shall be operative for the period of four years after expirty of defect liability period only for the purpose of Comprehensive Maintenance of the lifts.

a) 1st year after expiry of defect liability period
b) 2 nd year after expiry of defect liability period
c) 3 rd year after expiry of defect liability period
d) 4 th year after expiry of defect liability period

NOTE:- (i) Contractor shall quote the percentage addition over lumpsum price of credit for material, sheds/store and T&P inserted by MES and carry forward the corresponding amount. However the quoted percentage shall not be less than NIL percent (i.e. shall not be on minus side). In case contractor’s quoted percentage is less than 0% (zero percent) it shall be restricted to 0% (zero percent) & total amount accordingly be corrected. The contractor shall take this aspect in account and nothing extra whatsoever shall be admissible on this account. (ii) This schedule of credit amount will be deducted from the contract sum to arrive quoted contract sum.
