Rough excavation in SOFT/LOOSE soil, carrying to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM and not exceeding 5.00 KM and filling in drain including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete, all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in SOFT/LOOSE soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out complete, all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete, all as specified.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

PCC type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified.

PCC type C-2 (1:3:6), using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified.

150 mm thick, cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & rough, as in sub floors, complete all as specified.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone and drainage channel of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete. complete, all as specified.

80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of shape approved by GE, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of shape approved by GE, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified.

Supply only water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over steel or iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.
