REPAIR/REPALCEMENT OF ROOF SHEET ROOF TREATMENT AND ALLIED WORK OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE (EAST) LUCKNOW

Removing existing roof treatment and preparing surfaces to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in Charge /GE including taking down existing plaster,cleaning of all foreign material such as grass roots dust etc and roughening the concrete surfaces by wire brushes and washing down to remove dust etc . flushing at junction of parapets complete and removing the same to the places complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule complete, all as specified.

M&L cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) on roof slab all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement . (Liquid water proofing compound to be measured paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as spesified and directed.

M&L for application of high perfomance hybride polyurea elastomeric water proofing coating cold applied, liquid membrane at 1.5 kg/Sqm with an elongation minimum of 500+100% by airless spray machine and tensile strength of minimum 11-13 N/mm2 as per ASTM D2370, crack bridging ability minimum of 3 to 4 mm as per ASTM C1305 , Shore Hardness of minimum 70+5 as per ASTM D2240 complete as per directed by Engr-In-Charge. The System shall also include final base preparation including cleaning of the plaster surface etc and applying epoxy primer as approved makes in two coats at a coverage of 1 kg/Sqm, etc as per manufacturer specification, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The work petaining to water proofing treatment shall be executed for authorized applicator through manufacture of wich the materials is proposed to be used by the contrator and approved by Garrision Engingeer. (b) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under technical bid (cover-1) 'Memorandam of understanding ' (MOU) with Only one manufacturer mentione in the contract, falling which the bid shall be liable to be rejected.

M&L for roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane consisting of following complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying bituminous grade 85/25 primer conforming to IS 702-1988 @ 1.20 Kgs/Sqm (b) APP modifiedd bitumenous membrane minimum weight 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric( wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm) laid on primed surface by heat process, over laps of 100 mm shall be sealed/fused by flame torch application as per manufacturer instruction. (c) applying two coats of bitumen based @ 0.20 Kgs/Sqm aluminium painting on water proofing treatment.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Coping & benching.

S&F for 0.71 mm thick Plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed

M & L for Prepration & applying evenly a tack coat of in dustrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, all as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with on fair surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of primer on wall all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and applying white care putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth.

S&F 15 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors including taking down Make: Jindal/TATA.

S&F 20 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors including taking down Make: Jindal/TATA.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories

S&F in repair 150mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints laid in trenches or wall all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm bore PVC (SWR) bends, any radius.

Disconnecting existing 500 to 1000 ltr capacity tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

Dismantling AC sheet (Corrugated, Semi Corrugated etc) as in roofs etc including ridges complete all as specified.

S&F of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in room covering/cladding to wall, including ridge cover fixed with self tapping screws etc all as specifed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description

S&F mild steel rolled/tubular sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters , fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc. conforming to Grade Fe 410W(Gde E-265 quality `B’ all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.
