Construction of Class room at Neelikonampalayam Corporation Middle School in Ward No 54 East Zone

Earth work excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton,hard red earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and sand,silt or other loose soil,wet sand, or silt not under water,light black cotton soil,sandy loam ordinary soil and tofull depth as may be directed expect in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering,and baling out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and completed depositing the surplus excavated soil with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with intial lead and lifts and claening and levelling the site etc., complete.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using best quality of second class (Table molded chamber burnt ) bricks of size 9"x4 ½"x3" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining the required elevation shall be done without extra cost.

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RECTANGULAR COLUMNS, TOP AND BOTTOM SLABS OF BOXING, SILL SLABS, SUN SHADES etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm X 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete as directed

Supplying and erecting SHUTTTERING including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC COLUMN FOOTING, PLINTH BEAM, STAIRCASE STEPS etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60Cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles for boarding supported by Casuarinas props at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, BED BLOCKS. STAIRCASE WAIST, LANDING SLAB, LANDING BEAM and CANOPY etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm * 25mm * 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm X 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarinas props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and a half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm hard broken granite stone jelly for All RCC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing, vibrator charges etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand by volume) 12mm thick for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Special Ceiling Plastering and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick and including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary cement mortar nosing beading as per size, specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification.
