Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mts clear from the edge of excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required into the plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20mts. P/J work

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth:

Brick work using 2nd class common burnt clay building bricks laid in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth

Brick work using 2nd class common burnt clay building bricks laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in super structure

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. So as to give a fair finish i/c cent ring shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies , height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mts. and removal of the same for insitu-rein forced conc. & plain conc. work in

a) Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roof, landings and the like

c) Beams, cantilever, grider and lintels sides and soffits or beam hunching cantilever bressumers and lintels not exceeding one mtr. In depth in all heights from floor

d) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like

e) Columns, pillars, posts and struts Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

f) Edges of slabs under 20cm. Wide

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in : a) Foundations, footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pillars posts and struts upto floor two level.

c) Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams ,girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level :Tor steel

Providing and fixing angle iron door,window,clerestory window frame manufactured from steel iron section of 40X40X6 mm,thickness including hinges jamb,lock jamb,beed and if required angle thrashold ofmild steel angle 50X25 mm welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means,lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after preteatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required patterns in wooden frames of windows etc. with M.S. Flats, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws. Plain grill.

Providing and fixing paneled, glazed or paneled and glazed shutters for door windows and clear storey windows including black enameled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 35mm thick of Mirindi wood

Providing and fixing oxidized MS sliding door bolts with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete 250mmX16mm

Providing and fixing aluminum tower bolts (barrel) type anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. completea) 200mmX10mm

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement Mortar 1:4 (1Cement:4 Sand).

providing and fixing glass strips in joints of floors 40 mm wide and 4 mm thick.

Providing and laying Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement 40 mm thick.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including prepering the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter) sand papering and knotting. Ready mixed paint brushing with white lead for priming

Painting two coats(excluding coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter,sand papering & stoping With enamel paint other than white

Finishing wall with water proofing paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats)to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.Priming coat with distemper primer
