Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses,parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:

1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 20 mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound, laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete.

Chipping debonded, loose concrete, broken coving, dust, including cleaning of RCC surface by light grinding or suitable means and other contaminants manually to attain a fairly smooth surface. Any undulations, pot holes, cracks shall be opened & treated with polymer modified mortar made by mixing Nitobond SBR Latex @10% (Fosroc or approved equivalent) by weight of cement in Cement: Sand mix of ratio 1:3. This includes making of coving at all wall floor corners using PMM, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer incharge. The entire repair shall be allowed to cure before proceeding with any insulation or waterproofing treatment.

Providing and laying 1.2mm thk Proofex Org, a loosely laid reinforced TPO membrane (Fosroc or approved equivalent). The TPO membrane individual roll shall be laid over 200GSM, geotextile laid over the repaired concrete on truss(Geotextile will be measured & paid seperately). All additional membranes shall then be laid with its overlaps of 50mm fixed using hot air welding machine. In case of mechanically fixed TPO membrane, the side overlaps shall be minimum 110mm. Entire shed area shall then be covered using Proofex Org in a similar manner. Item includes termination and other ancilliaries proposed as per standard engineering methodology. The TPO membrane shall cover the entire rain water gutter and to be terminated using aluminium strip and suitable sealant as per standard engineering methodology. The termination details shall be discussed at site , once before membrane fixing. Terminfation and membrane laying shall be done as per standard engineering methodology.

Providing and installing 200 GSM non-woven geotextile membrane under and over the finished waterproofing treatment prior to protection screed.

DG Set & Accessories

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1250 KVA Silent DG Set comprising of Cummins / MTU / Volvo / Caterpillar engine coupled to 415,3 - Phase, 50 Hz, 0.8 power factor, Alternator both mounted on common Base frame with other standard accessories i.e. fuel tank, Batteries with leads complete as required.

Diesel Engine Engine developing minimum154 BHP at 1500 RPM rated for continuous duty with an additional 10% overload capacity for one hour in period of twelve hours of continuous operation at standard operation conditions as per BS 5514 inclusive of all standard accessories and instruments control panel.

Alternator Synchronous alternator 1500 KVA, AC 3 phase 415 volt 50Hz 1500 RPM 0.8 lagging power factor alternator shall be in SPDP enclosure, self excited, self regulated, foot mounted with end shield. The alternator shall confirm to IS : 4722 is suitable for tropical conditions.

Acoustic Enclosure The enclosure fabricated from hight grade cold rolled close annealed (CRCA) sheet and steel members lined with high density sound absorption material to reduce the sound level to 70-75 dBA from the original sound level measured at a distance of 1 meter away from the Genset under standard conditions. The enclosure will be surface treated & painted with high quality polyurethase epoxy paint with prior zinc oxide primer base to make it weather proof and suitable for outdoor application. The enclosure will be provided with durable industrial locking system with doors duly gas-keted etc., all complete.

Battery 12Volt battery assembly of suitable capacity complete with all necessary connecting leads and terminals of reputed make and stand for battery.

Base frame Skid mounting type base frame fabricated from suitable size of MS channel providing common bed for engine & alternator directly coupled together including Dunlop cushy foot.

Supply and fixing of Thermal Insulation for 1500 kVA DG set Silencer with75 mm thick LRB/Rock Wool of 96 kg density per cub mtr. covered with wire mesh & covered with 24 gauge Al. Sheet.

DG ISOLATION PANEL

The Panel shall consist of suitable rating TPN aluminum bus bar ( at the rating of 0.8 / Sqmm ) supported with DMC / SMC barriers and color with heat shrinkable sleeves . The metering shall be provided as specified . The Panel shall be got fabricated from manufacturers with CPRI test certificate only . The Panel shall have at least two spare cubicles.
