Construction of Tulsimunda Check Dam in Birmaharajapur Block of Subarnapur District under MATY-3.0 scheme for the Year 2026-27.

Earth work excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level making it fit for laying concrete including depositing the excavated materials clear of work site with all leads and lifts and delifts including dewatering from foundation if necessary including supply of all labour T&P materials complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge

Cutting in D.I rock not required blasting to be removed by pick axes and crow bars and depositing materials within 50 M initial lead and 1.5M initial lift including rough dressing as per direction and specification of the Department including stacking the useful materials separately complete as perdirection by Engineer in Charge.

Fixing 25mm dia anchor bars in foundation rock drilling 35 mm dia holes, fixing wedged anchor and grouting with cement mortar 1:4 complete as direction of Engineer in Charge.

Cement concrete M 15 grade with crushed granite 20mm downgraded coarse aggregate of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in position to proper slope and level & compacting by vibrator in layers not exceeding 0.15m depth & finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering, curing for required period including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials labour T & P materials required for this item including hire and running charges of machineries complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced Cement concrete M 20 grade with crushed granite 20mm downgraded coarse aggregate of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in position to proper slope and level & compacting by vibrator in layers not exceeding 0.15m depth & finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering, curing for required period including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials labour T & P materials required for this item including hire and running charges of machineries complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Straightening, cutting, bending, binding, and tying of HYSD steel rod of approved specification laying the grills as per approved design & placing in position including cost,conveyance and other taxes complete in all respect including all leads and lifts from bending yard to placement spot wit supplying of labour and T&P required for the work etc complete .( Weight of binding wire will not be considered for payment purpose.)

Providing removing rigid smooth centering & shuttering for R.C.C works including false work including cost, conveyance, rayalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and dismantling the same after casting and proper curing including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts delifts including supply of all labour & T & P required for the items etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer in charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons & revetments to all heights & thickness using hard stones 30cm & above size of approved quality free from weathered skin including filling the interstices including cost of materials, labour & T & P materials required for this work,royalty etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Pressure release pipes and weep holes in plain reinforced concrete Abutment Wing/return wallswith 10mm diametre Ac Pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of TV-20H towards drawing force complete in all respect as directed bythe Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in Foundation and Plinth with Excavated marerials including watering and ramming as directed by the Engineer -in- Charge
