Plastering with C.M. 1:5, cement mortar (one cement & five sand) for inside and outside of brick work portion etc, including cost of cement and sand, cost of transportation of all materials to work site, all labour charges, cost of scaffolding & minor tools etc, complete.

Providing fixing of fully panelled doors single huge without fan light with 10x8 cm size frame / chowkets and 4 cm thick panel / shutters made out with standard hard wood, all door fitting as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all labour charges and cost of timber and minor tools etc, complete.

Painting with Touch wood for Bamboo sheet ceiling, wall side etc, including cost of all labour charges minor tools, cost of materials etc, complete.

Engagement of boat for transportation of construction materials and labourers from Agatti to Bangaram including hire charges and running expenses of boat, wages of labourers etc, complete.
