Demolition of cement concrete reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:6, as in cover slabs (for manhole, drains etc) with plain fair faces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) incl finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches in any type of soil, n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, open box etc n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out , Including Jacks to Support RC Members prevent from collapse complete all as specified

Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Leveling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm thick in Soils, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing Surplus soil to a distance not exc 50.00 Metre away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over up to and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, spilt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC Columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement, wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement/ steel wire mesh for strengthen the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing polymer modified cement and coarse sand mortor in CM 1:3 mix , 40mm thick in two coats, using polymer (10 to 15)% as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dr. Fixit/Sunanda/chemestik/Fosrok Note :- (i) New reinforcement and MS Sections/ steel bars will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Exact location shall be mentioned in MB.

Supply only micro concrete works in repairs of patches like edges, chajjas, lintels and other RCC members etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only polymer SBR Latex or equivalent as approved. Make:- Dr. Fosroc, Sunanda, Dr. Fixit

M&L for erection & dismantling of MS tubular double scaffolding (H frame) upto height of 30m & with necessary brazing, provision of necessary safety equipment to the skilled workers to carry out the work and covering with green cloths for carrying out external face work of walls all as dpecified and as directed.

M&L for Making V groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep or upto the extend of joint/crack present at site over joint/ crack line using electricity operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower .The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the joint/crack over RCC structure to be repaired including Sealing of exposed 'V' groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep solvent free, moisture insensitive epoxy resin based patch repair putty on vertical surfaces with using chemical compund epoxy resin based adheshive product and apply chemical compound as per product official manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed as directed by Engineer-In-Charge Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only.

M&L for Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 300 mm in staggered manner or along the joint & crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Returnable Valve) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Cutting of Packers: Cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only and also work should be completed with supervision of JE & Engr-in-charge.

Repair of Tank from Inner Side:-Supply and apply a pre-batched one component polymer modified cementitious patch mortar, with using chemical compund such as dual shrinkage compensated, trowelable fiber reinforced thixotropic repair mortar and apply chemical compund as per product official manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for first coat of Acrylic polymer modified cementitous waterproofing coating and apply chemical compund such as dual shrinkage compensated,trowelable fiber reinforced thixotropic repair mortar as per product official manufacturer Instructions recommended spray pump/Hard bristled brush or trowels as per site requirement i/c the primer coat of the same material complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L providing rendering 10 mm thick Cement & sand Mortar 1:4 using liquid water proofing compound Nitobond AR not less than 2% by weight of cement of M/S Fosroc / M/S pidilite/M/S Choksey chemicals, complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions and all as specified and directed. Note : WPC Shall be paid inrespective item of BOQ)

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid), ISI marked.

Finishing Coat M& L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)as per product official manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for including grills, door, truss, gate, rafters, purlins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for Framed work such as Mild steel, grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;l adders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks, cattle trap and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165,ornamental and intricate design complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly steel and iron surface of any description width or girth exc 10 cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note (i) Item No 11 to 23 Above items/Work should be done properly , all chemical are used in all above items should be justify that work, And apply properly accordingly as per manufacturers instructions manual and apply by the authorsied applicator firm approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE. (ii) Work of Srl item No 11 to 23 shall be executed with presence of Engr-in-Charge & JE (Civil).

Dismantling of floor, walls, roof tiles including bedding but backing and rubbish off permises all as specified.

M&L for glazed ceramics coloured tiles of size 450x300x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados/wall, etc with and including over 10mm thick rendering in cmeent mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) digital/ 3D tiles area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm & not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc with and including over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm & not exceeding 0.38 Sqm , in vertical surface such as skirtings, dados etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with shade of tiles, including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm and not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc with and including over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete.

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors including finishing the surface rough & even for receiving kota/tiles complete.

Taking down cement plaster on wall/ceiling/roof etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth (without using extra cement ) complete.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete. Note : Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete.

S&F in repair GI wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staple complete all as specified.

M&L Preparing old wooden surfaces exceeding 10Cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete.

M&L Preparing old steel surfaces exceeding 10Cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete.

M&L for applying 2mm thick Birla / JK Putty in two layers on old wall surfaces including complete removal of existing wall finish of any type with wire brush, brooming, dusting and finally washing with water to clean the surface absolutely free from any kind of foreign materials and making good minor cracks etc. and surfaces absolutely even and smooth, rubbing with sand paper complete.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & concrete and applying 2 mm thick wall care putty including preparation complete.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall or concrete over a coat of primer on prepared surfaces including, rubbing with sand paper complete.

M&L for applying 1 mm thick Birla / JK Putty in two layers on old ceiling surfaces including complete removal of existing wall finish of any type with wire brush, brooming, dusting and finally washing with water to clean the surface absolutely free from any kind of foreign materials and making good minor cracks etc. and surfaces absolutely even and smooth, rubbing with sand paper complete.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying 1 mm thick wall care putty including preparation of new surface complete.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on ceiling over a coat of primer on prepared surfaces including, rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of white wash complete.

M&L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing old painted surfaces of walls, chajjas etc by washing rubbing down and stopping and applying two coat of cement base paint white or tinted complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for two coats of weather coat paint (Apex exterior grade) over a coat of primer including complete removal of existing wall finish surfaces of Over head tank/ Reserviour wall including preparation of newly/Old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make: asian, Durolex or equivalent)

M&L hard core of broken bricks of gauge n exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl edge moulding & cutting holes for gas pipe through drill machine including rubbing and polishing incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4.complete

repair existing rolling shutter ,Greasing , oiling , and make functional by change of defected ball bearing , lathes, gear lock , side rail and make neceesary arrangement for servicebililty of rolling shutter as per directed by Eng-In -Charge

Supply and fixing steel rolling shutter ,with ball bearing as specified including top cover anchoring rod ,hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer , erected in position as indicated ,complete with thickness of lath in 1.25 mm as push pull or manual type and safety lever lock mild steel with 4 lever for rolling shutter as specified.
