SCHEDULE A BOQ

Supply and fix CI foot valve 100mm dia to suction line of exisiting pumping set with bolts, nuts, rubber packings, etc including taking out old unserviceable one by dismantling suction pipe from pump set all as specified and directed.

Rectification of leakage of GI pipe diameter 80 to 100mm in trench after carry out excavation upto volume of 2 cum, replacement of unserviceable pipe fittings like collar, bend, Tee, Reducer, etc, including threading of existing pipe, applying all necessary engineer effort to check the water leakage, carryout necessary earth works to closs the trench and remove surplus soil upto 50 mtr distance all as directed

Taking down defective centrifugal pump set 20 HP by disconnecting the pump from motor after unscrewing nuts/ bolts of coupling, foundation, suction pipe delivery pipes and shifting of pump to workshop for repair/ servicing, comprising strip opening of pump, replacement of any defective parts, carrying out necessary lathe work, re-assembling and shifting from workshop to site, re-installation at location as directed by Engr-in-Charge, testing on full load capacity at least for 8 hrs, complete all as specified and as directed. (Supply of spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items here-in-after). Make of Pump : M/s B E Pvt Ltd/ Kirloskar Note :- (a) The spares shall be measured and paid seperately in the relevent items given below. (b) Cost of labour for replacement of spares and transportation are deemed to be incl in the quoted rate. (c) The pumpset shall be spared for one week for repair from the date of complaint given by AGE/ JE E/M regarding breakdown. The Contractor is responsible for making alternate arrangement of pump set in case of time required more than one week. (d) In case services affected due to delay in repair of pump set, a penalty of Rs 500 per day will be levied from the contractor. (e) Please note that this penalty is exclusively other then the condition 56 of IAFW-2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract. (f) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

Re-winding of submersible motor by taking out burned copper winding stator, cleaning the caseing and slots with wire brush and washing water and dirt with solution,and replace the UNSV bearing,bush,re alignment for crank shaft and winding and re-winding the motor with insulated copperwinding wire of existing gauge and making the winding leak proofing and taking out electric connection with suitable size of submersible copper cable up to 2 mtr long of capacity up to 10 HP

Taking out sluice valves of 200mm bore re-facing, re-grinding, replacing check nut and re-fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning/ overhauling of squirrel cage induction motor by dismantling stator and rotor assembly, carryout necessary tesing of windings to findout any core loss in windings, test of insulation resistance, etc. Applying of proper insulation material for strengthening of insulation, cleaning the casing and slots with wire brush, washing out dust and carbon particles with proper chemical solution, replacement unserviceable bearing, bush, carryour re-alignment of crank shaft re-assembling stator and rotor assemblies, testing complete all as specified and directed for capacity 30 HP. Note:- (a) Rewinding of stator and rotor if required will be measured and paid seperately. (b) Cost of Transportation to and from the local workshop is deemed to be incl in the quoted rate.

Rewinding of stator core with proper gauge and amount of highly insulated copper wire as existing, testing complete.

Rewinding of rotor core with proper gauge and amount of highly insulated copper wire as existing, testing complete.

Dismantling pump and motor of submersible pump set for capacity upto 10 HP to carry out repairs and replacements at local workshop, duly replacing worn out parts, applying one coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of existing colour and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 34 :- The tenderer shall take into consideration for following points while quoting his rate for this item and the unit rate is deemed to be included for :- (i) The contractor shall be provide dewatering pump of suitable capacity and mobile generator for operation of dewatering by high pressure submersible pump (or) Diesel driven high pressure pump and the rate quoted rate is inclusive of rent/hiring charge complete. (ii) Cutting and filling shall be cleared of shrubs, vegetation, grass bush, weed, trees and sapling not exceeding 30 cm in girth, measured at a height of two metre above ground level. Useful material shall be stacked. (iii) Material removed from the tank shall be disposed off at out side MD land. (iv) Tank shall be made available for cleaning for a period of 8 hours only and contractor has to arrange sufficient labour/ T&P to complete the job with the given period only. or otherwise penality shall be imposed @ Rs 500/- per day.

Making arrangement to flush out the existing pipe line of any type upto 50mm bore and upto 100m length, applying 4.5 N/sqmm pressure to remove scalings/ sludges/ other blocking materials to make smooth flow of water including testing all as specified and directed.

(iii) The flushing out will be carried out with fresh filled water of well only duly chlorinated with specified sodium hypochlorite solution to disinfect the pipe lines from all pathogens and Coliform organisms.This will be inclusive in quoted rate.

Removing of acumulated earth of any width and depth up to 30 cm. cleaning/cutting the grass and removing the grass, waste, and earth to outside MD land. Note :- The unit rate is deemed to be included :- (a) Cutting and filling shall be cleared of shrubs, vegetation, grass bush, weed, trees and sapling not exceeding 30 cm in girth, measured at a height of two metre above ground level. Useful material shall be stacked. (b) Cutting the grass/feilling of trees shall include digging out roots up to 40 cm below the ground level or 14 cm below the formation level, whichever is lower. All holes and hollows formed in the ground digging out of roots shalll be carefully filled up with moorum/red bajri well rammed and levelled.

Taking out silt, liquid water sludge in solid/semi solid state / pumping out all mud sewage water from collection sump of size 5 M dia and 8 mtrs depth /Manholes STP tanks of any capacity and size and removing the same using truck mounted honey sucker of capacity minimum 4 cum and to dispose off the sludge to in low lying area at any distance during Sunday and holiday as per requirement, depositing the sludge in low laying area with covering by earth over it and leaving the collection sump clean etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- The tenderer shall take into consideration for following points while quoting his rate for this item and the unit rate is deemed to be included for :- (i) Cutting and filling shall be cleared of shrubs, vegetation, grass bush, weed, trees and sapling not exceeding 30 cm in girth, measured at a height of two metre above ground leve around collection sump. Useful material shall be stacked.

(ii) De-watering by high presure submersible pump all complete.

(iii) Removal of sludge & sand from inside the tank scrubbing and washing side walls and bottom with bleaching powder solution and making surface free from any fungus, deposited stains using wire brush filling of cavities inside of tank with CM 1:2.

(iv) cleaning of walls , flooring and ceiling with special mechanized high pressure jet machines by high pressure jet pum 80-180 bar pressure , which dislodges the layer of dirt, algae, fungus stuck on its surface usage of scrubbing machines for old stains.

(v) Anti-Bacterial Treatment of Inside of the tank should be treated with specially developed 4 ft long ultraviolet Radiator to kill further floating bacteria/virus in order to make the tank totally clean, bacteria free and safe for storage of drinking water.

(vi) Cleaing/ above operations should be executed by trained workers and technicians.

(vii) Cost of T&P like rods, bamboos, gum shoes and hand gloves etc complete.

(viii) Driver and operator must be in possession of a valid licence and confirm the serviceability of the Truck.

(ix) Removal of blockage of sewage lines up to one metre from collection sump including manholes by using necessary tools/ mechanically tools or manually such as passing rope knots, bamboo kamti and disc of required size including safety measures such as test for gas etc. before flushing the pipe well with water after removal of blockage of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

(x) Tank shall be made available for cleaning for a period of 8 hours only and contractor has to arrange sufficient labour/ T&P to complete the job with the given period only. or otherwise penality shall be imposed @ Rs 500/- per day.

Taking out sluice valves of 150mm bore re-facing, re-grinding, replacing check nut and re-fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m deep in depth in hard/ dense soil and getting out

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard and dense soil

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes of 32 mm outer dia of pipes, concealed SDR 7.4 (PN-16 @ 20°C) UV stablised and anti microbial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings, including taking down existing pipe of any description and bore of pipe complete to walls, ceilings or in floors or in trenches etc. of following size all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The unit rate shall be include for taking down existing GI pipe and connections and all fittings as directed.

(c ) Wall thickness of pipes shall be all as per IS : 15801

Flat Three Core PVC Insulated & PVC Sheathed Industrial Cable for Submersible Pump Motors 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694, 10 sq mm nominal area complete including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Arrangement of Chemical and bacteriological analysis of drinking water by collecting samples from different sources like UG sumps/ user end taps/ bore wells/ open wells/ etc located in 12 km periphery, collection of samples in sterrilized laboratory bottles/ cans, transportation to authorised Govt laboratory to deposit the samples in stippulated time, including payment of fees, collection and submit of reports to the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as directed. Note :- (a) Cost of transportations for collection of sterrilized bottles from laboratory, deposition of collected samples in stipulated time, report collectiion after completion of tests, payment of fees to the laboratory for each sample, etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) The rate quoted is considered to be for each sample. (c) Sample from different sources to be taken as per time schedule directed by Engineer-in-Charge throughout the currency of the contract. (d) Payment will be made after submission of report from authorised Govt laboratroy only.

Taking down defective centrifugal pump set 10 HP by disconnecting the pump from motor after unscrewing nuts/ bolts of coupling, foundation, suction pipe delivery pipes and shifting of pump to workshop for repair/ servicing, comprising strip opening of pump, replacement of any defective parts, carrying out necessary lathe work, re-assembling and shifting from workshop to site, re-installation at location as directed by Engr-in-Charge, testing on full load capacity at least for 8 hrs, complete all as specified and as directed. (Supply of spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items here-in-after). Note :- (a) The spares shall be measured and paid seperately in the relevent items given below. (b) Cost of labour for replacement of spares and transportation are deemed to be incl in the quoted rate. (c) The pumpset shall be spared for one week for repair from the date of complaint given by AGE/ JE E/M regarding breakdown. The Contractor is responsible for making alternate arrangement of pump set in case of time required more than one week. (d) In case services affected due to delay in repair of pump set, a penalty of Rs 500 per day will be levied from the contractor. (e) Please note that this penalty is exclusively other then the condition 56 of IAFW-2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract. (f) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

Remetaling of shaft, turning, grinding as per the required size and polishing including provision of neck rings of impellers suitable for 10HP motor pump as per manufacturer's design complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-winding of submersible motor by taking out burned copper winding stator, cleaning the caseing and slots with wire brush and washing dirt with solution,and replace the UNSV bearing,bush,re alignment for crank shaft and winding and re-winding the motor with insulated copper wire of existing gauge and making the winding leak proofing and taking out electric connection with suitable size of submersible copper cable up to 2 m long , capacity up to 5 HP

3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes of 25 mm outer dia of pipes, concealed SDR 7.4 (PN-16 @ 20°C) UV stablised and anti microbial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings, including taking down existing pipe of any description and bore of pipe complete to walls, ceilings or in floors or in trenches etc. of following size all as specified and directed. Make : SFMC, Reliance Industries, KPT

Note :- (a) The unit rate shall be include for taking down existing GI pipe and connections and all fittings as directed.

(b) The unit rate shall be include the cost of short lengths, with all pipe fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces connectors, elbows, reducers, unions, sockets etc and fixing accssories such as pipe hooks, screws clamps etc

(c ) Wall thickness of pipes shall be all as per IS : 15801

Supply and fixing 25 mm outer dia PP-R Gate Valves (Brass insert) with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes and including taking out unserviceable Gate valves complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out sluice valves of 100mm bore re-facing, re-grinding, replacing check nut and re-fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes, Centrifugally Cast [Spun], Class "K-9" for 200mm bore with Socket and Spigot ends conforming to IS - 8329 in standard lengths suitable for Push-On Rubber Gasket Jointing with inside Cement Mortar Lining and Black Bitumen external coating including taking down any description and any size of pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation earth work and DI special shall be measured separately.

Cleaning/ overhauling of squirrel cage induction motor by dismantling stator and rotor assembly, carryout necessary tesing of windings to findout any core loss in windings, test of insulation resistance, etc. Applying of proper insulation material for strengthening of insulation, cleaning the casing and slots with wire brush, washing out dust and carbon particles with proper chemical solution, replacement unserviceable bearing, bush, carryour re-alignment of crank shaft re-assembling stator and rotor assemblies, testing complete all as specified and directed for capacity 7.5 HP to 10 HP. Note:- (a) Rewinding of stator and rotor if required will be measured and paid seperately. (b) Cost of Transportation to and from the local workshop is deemed to be incl in the quoted rate.

Note :- (a) Replacement of unserviceable nozles upto 5 Nos, clamps, welding upto 12 stiches are deemed to be incl in the quoted rate. (b) Repair to the pumpset and replacement of cables will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Note :- The tendere shall take into consideration for following points while quoting his rate for this item and the unite rate is deemed be included for :-

(i) Earth work excavation in any type of soil

(ii) Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

(iii) Removing excavated material to out side MD land
