GE(S)BTD 56 OF 2026-27 REPAIR TO SEWAGE LINE MANHOLES SEPTIC TANK ETC ATTENDING DAY TO DAY COMPLAINTS UNDER AGE BR-II OF GE(S) BATHINDA AT BATHINDA MIL STN

Material and labour for Cleaning/removal of blockage from bathroom, kitchen, WHB and urinals including connected Nahani traps / gully traps/floor traps, grating of trap, waste pipes, pipe in any length upto first manhole etc choked with mud / other accumulated sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly at any location, at any floor by rodding/choke remover/Pressure technique/manually or otherwise to clear blockage upto entire satisfaction of users, including refixing of oval assess door covers with new nuts & washers and refixing manhole covers, including removing of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge and depositing the sludge in a pit (at empty/open area) of suitable size at a distance exceeding 50 metres from the building where directed and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit after treating the sludge by spreading the bleaching powder as directed to reduce the foul gases including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and as directed . Note : Minmium 08 numbers of Labours/Safaiwala are required to attend the complaints during all working days and 04 labours are required during sunday/Holiday & T&P required for cleaning such as steel rods, bamboos, pressure pumps are included in the rates quoted . Complaint shall be attended within 48 Hours otherqwise recovery @Rs200/day per complaint will be recovered.

Material and labour for Cleaning emptying/desilting of existing sewage system/pipe line 100/150/200/250mm dia (length of pipe line manhole to manhole not exceeding 25 mtr) including cleaning of connecting manholes (any type rectangular/square/circular) located in different situations/sites, taking off the manhole cover (CI or RCC) and placing in the same original position after getting out liquid/sludge/solid contents from the manholes/sewage line and complete perfect function/running/flowing condition without any obstruction by removing all blockage in system with manual labour (rodding manually) or by mechanically sewage suction pump (at contractor;s discretion as required at site) making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including removing of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge through closed container and depositing the sludge in a pit (at empty/open area) of suitable size at any distance upto 200 metres from the line/colony/bldg area where directed and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit after treating the sludge by spreading the bleaching powder as directed to reduce the foul gases including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Cleaning of sewage lines shall be carried out by Jetting or sucker machine only. (b) After cleanig each manhole will measured for payment purpose.

Cleaning and emptying/desilting of manholes depth not exc 3.00 meter by pumping out/removing liquid waste/sewage and plugging the ends sewer pipes or diverting the flow into drains if necessary, removing silt, sludge etc, sprinkling bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangements, face mask, etc. and removing the same (silt, sludge & other waste material) in leak proof trucks covered with tarpoline to outside of MD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and cleaning the manholes with freah water complete all as specified and as directed. (a) If required Jetting or honey sucker and cleaning the heavily congested sewage line is included in the coated rate.

Emptying/desilting choked up sewage lines and manholes exc 3.00 mtr depth by providing sewage suction vehicle of capacity 5000 ltrs including necessary other arrangments such as sweepers to clean up the site after work and desposing the same in sewage treatement plant upto 5 km complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) All precautions to be taken by all workers while working in foul condition. Contractor shall take all necessary actions and resposibility of workers precaution and safety. (b) Contractors representative /supervisor shall be available during the cleaning. (c) Complete process shall be completed in all respects within a day.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain pipe, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required for internal pipe of dia 100 mm/150mm/200mm/250mm/300mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m wide, not exc 1.50mtr in depth and getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus as directed within a lead of 50m. including timbering arrangement as per SSr Part-I as and When req on site condition complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for providing, lowering and laying HDPE DWCPE (SN8) pipes as per IS : 16098 of 2013, 150 mm ID bore, laid and jointed with and including elastomeric sealing 'O' ring as per manufacturer's instructions including demolition of existing line complete all as specified and as directed.
