SCH A PART-I ( SPECIAL REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT OF P-532B) B/R PART M & L applying water proofing treatment with the following stages/specification, complete all as specified and directed. STAGE 1:- Removal of existing roof treatment consisting of screed bed, tar felts etc including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n exc 2Km, STAGE 2:- Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq meter complete all as specified and directed. STAGE 3:- 10mm thick cement rendering in cement mortar 1:4 over green neat cement slurry to receive roof treatment and finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound(ratio WPC and cement as per manufacture instructions) as in grading to RCC roof surface complete all as specified and directed. STAGE 4:- Applying tack coat of priming the surface with a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm each at top and bottom of the membrane as bonding material STAGE 5:- M & L Water proofing roof treatment, consisit of a five layered Atactic polypropylene modified polymeric membrane of minimum 4 mm thick and minimum weight not less than 3.9 Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric matt (weight not less than 160 gm/sqm), laid with LPG torch forced application over roof surface, with a side & end overlaps of minimum 100 mm. STAGE 6:- Applying tack coat of priming the surface with a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm each at top and bottom of the membrane as bonding material STAGE 7:- A coat of bituminous aluminium silver paint @ 100 gm/Sqm on top, including sealing all joints by thermo fusion, and one coat silver paint on it all as per manufacturer's instructions

M & L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete and including 10mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Granite 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixtureof pigment to match faces of brick or stone surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers, i.e 10mm thick in each layer, top layer mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished the surface fair and even including taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid admixture for concrete and mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying two coats or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS : 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 L/ Xsqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at 0.90 L/ Xsqm over new surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Submain wiring with 1100 volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded two run of 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable conforming to IS 694 FRLS drawn through and including rigid white/ivory colour PVC casing caping etc. fixed on wall ceiling including provision of one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC unsheathed copper conductor and connected to earth dolly including taking down old unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified and directed.
