Providing and laying 40 mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, coarse aggregate of nominal size 11.2 mm grade – I and coarse sand of size 2.80mm to 90 micron, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @5.40% percent by weight of mix and cement filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying [ as per 501.5.3 to 501.5.4] with a sensor paver & with finisher of sensor paver will be minimum 7 M wide and rolling with road roller and vibratory roller with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers [ as per MORT & H clause 501.6 & 501.7] to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT & H specification clause No. 509 complete in all respect. (40mm thick), giving density not less than 2.40 gm/cc to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of compacted Dense Bitumen Macadam (DBM) using coarse aggregate size ranging from 26.5 mm to 90 micron and bitumen grade VG - 30 grade with bitumen contents of minimum 4.5% of total weight of mix prepared including consolidation as per by latest MORT&H section 500 & 507 specification.

Providing and laying 150mm thick granular sub base consisting of filter layer confirming to Table 400.1 Grading - III of MoRT&H 5th edition, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mix material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratoy power roller to achive desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MoRT&h specifications. Note: - 1 only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used the material finer than 425 microns shall have zero plasticity index (Pl) 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by engineer.

Hiring of one No. tractor trolley, diesel/lubricant & maintenance and along with 10 Nos. Beldar with kassi& basket etc, for eight hours Working for lifting of material GSB/ construction material waste/metal/earth etc& filling in tractor trolley complete and filling of potholes manually by labour as per site requirement of material at site. Including all the charges, taxes and contractor profit etc, complete in all respect,and disposal off to a suitable location-is the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
