Construction of 0.58MLD WTP capacity water treatment plant capable to treat the raw water of the quality specified in the basis design data to produce clear water as per the requiremenrt of CPHEEO manual water supply treatment and specified in basic design data. The water treatment plant shall be include the construction of inlet chamber. Raw water tank desilting tank, V-Notch, flash mixture, alum solution /mixing tanks and dosing arrangement mechanical flloculator, settling tanks, rapid sand filter complete with backwash arrangement, clear water tank, complete desinfection. arrangement with bleaching powder, Plant building for housing chamical store cum disilting room water tasting laboratory cum attandent room incuding toilets. Supply of laboratory requirements piping, valves mechanical /electical , requirement electric wiring and pannel boards , sanitation, inter connecting paths, site development upto a minimum of 3 m from edge of battery limit of plant retaining and breast walls, fencing the ferm shall submitt the detailed hydraulic and structrual design and drawings(6 Copies) for each component of treatment plant which shall be approved by the deptt. before the work is started. the design/ drawings of the mechanical/electrical eqipment and wiring etc. along with manufacturals specification, design also be submitted for approval by the deptt. on the completion of all civil,mechanical and electrical works . the contractor shall test run the plant for two months(60 days) before handing over the same to the deptt. at the cost of the contractor. however, electrical charges shall be borne by the deptt. during this period the contractor shall run the plant full rated capacity and produced the results specified in the NIT as per CPHEEO standerds in the presence of engineer in charge.

GMS Pipe 125 mm dia (Medium Class) Booster stage-I &II

Providing, Laying, jointing and testing of MS Pipe L-290 (X-42) bevelled edged conforming to ISO:3183-2007 of following mentoned grade, diameter and wall thickness in trenches having random lengths of 5-7 mtrs including cost of fabrication of minimum 3 cut bends of required degree. The pipe shall have inside & out side Galvanisation at manufacturer work conforming to IS:4736 (with upto date ammendments). The pipe shall be jointed with circumferencial butt welded joints by electric arc welding with minimum three layers of welds so as to achive the minimum effective thorat thickness and strength of welds conforming to IS: 816-1969 sepecification, by using welding electrodes of 2.50 mm to 6.30 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Ador)- CITOJET / Esab make, conforming to IS:814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects.
