Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 to receive stone/tiles to vertical surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16-20 mm thick dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.25sqm area and not exceeding 0.5 sqm fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade -202) of flat 30mm x 2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC Pre-cast Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in Louvres and Jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid) with all mouldings including Reinforcement with 4.0mm dia Mild Steel Bars/ Wire and setting in Cement Morter 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Mild Steel Bars/Wire as Reinforcement will deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall, Jalies surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rough cast plaster on brick walls consisting under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel mixed of size 6mm with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly Rough Cast plastered surfaces of Walls and applying Two Coats of acrylic Weather Coat Exterior Paint with approved Tint over a coat of Primer (as per Manufacturer's instructions), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete Type B1 (1:2:4) 20mm graded stone aggragate set in Cement Mortar 1:4, in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps,quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Exterior (Matte Finish) Coloured Ceramic Tile 300x450x7.0 to 8.0mm thick in Vertical Surface i.e on exterior wall, facade, outer gate etc., set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White or Colour Cement to match the Tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick Screed or rendering coat in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Cement Screed Bed shall deem to be include in the Quoted Unit Rate.
