Notes :- (a) (i) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) Major parts (as required) shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of this Sch 'A'. (iii) T&P for replacement of minor/major parts will be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (iv) Contractor shall be fully responsible for full functioning of lift 24x7 days. (v) Each Job shall be considered for 02 Months. (b) The above maintenance shall be done through only E-in-C Branch's approved OEM rep or authorised rep or authorised agent of OEM i.e M/S Kone India, M/S Schindier India Pvt Ltd., M/S Kinetic hyundai Elevator & movement tech Ltd., M/S Hitachi Lifts India Pvt Ltd, M/S Mitsubishi Elevator India Pvt Ltd, M/S Otis Elevator Company India Ltd, M/S Fujitech India Pvt Ltd, M/S Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd, M/S Thyssenkurupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd. M/S Omega Elevators, M/S Escon Elevators Pvt Ltd, M/S LT Elevators Pvt Ltd and M/S IES Elevators or any other OEM approved by E-in-C's Branch.

Notes for Serial item No. 2.00 to 4.00 :- (i) As per E-in-C's Branch OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) generated inspection report shall be submitted immediately after conclusion of contract and then at a frequancy of two months by the contractor. (ii) All repairs, overhauling, requirement of spares for repair/replacement under this contract shall be based on inspection report genereated by OEM. (iii) If lift is not operational/break down for period more than 2 days for minor repairs or beyond seven days for major repairs than a penalty @ Rs. 1000/- per day shall be levied on contractor. The offload and onload date and time of breakdown shall be obtained from users. (iv) Regarding the breakdown is major or minor, same shall be decided by GE and the decision of GE in this regard shall be final and binding.

Comprehensive preventive and periodical maintenance of mechanical laundry by the reprentative of company (Make - Fabecare), 03 Nos, Drying tumbler 30 Kg capacity (02 Nos) and 03 Nos of Flat iron machines regularly examine, lubricating and adjust the equipment and replacement of unserviceable parts, fuel pump coupling, burner blow, limit switch, Diesel filter, timer ignition/ sparking rod, pressure gauge, tempreature controller, etc and made functional including carryout planned maintenance in a systematic and controlled manner complete all as specified and as directed.
